ever going to pay him that 5 million dollar bonus. That is another reason why TO was trying to get a new contract written. To keep from having to go thru being a salary cap casualty.

The only player that philly ever gave the big bucks to were McNabb, until TO started to unveil their lousy organization. They then ponied up the money for Westbrook and the Kicker.

Remember what Corey Simon, Duece Staley and others have said about the stingy philly organization.

Trotter is the only player that went back to them and he only got just a little bit more than he had with them the first time around. Trotter got his big payday when he left the eagles pissed off because they would not pay him, so he went to the Skins to get the money he wanted, now that he has the money, and became a salry cap casualty for the skins 2 yrs ago,(or whenever it was) he went back to the eagles because he thought they would win it all.

Anyway I'm 41, and I would love to see T.O. here.

You guys are only proving this guy right. He comes here with an opinion that isn't the same rehearsed opinion that a majority of the sheep on this board ascribe to and you all gang up and bash him. Nice exchange of free ideas there.

I haven't read through the whole thread because it was getting pretty annoying, but based on the first couple of pages I very much disagree with you.

People aren't mad at him for expressing a different opinion, they're mad at him for coming here and blatantly attacking other forum members.

There are plenty of other forums on the net that aren't as well moderated and half of the posts are people dispensing petty insults. The fact that this rarely occurs here makes this the best forum I've seen on the net.

Anyway, I'm 23 and I say no way, although if he comes here and we win a Superbowl I'd change my mind.

The guy was a bit too harsh in his tone but he made an excellent point.

Yeah, cause we all know doing crack and getting suspended is nowhere near as bad as wanting a new contract......

Get a clue.
