I sit here thinking about this game. I do not see a way we lose this game.

Trap game, Schmap game. We are going to thump the Commanders so hard they may offer us their first round pick in next years draft just to stop scoring, hopefully Garrett will decline and pur it on. I have no hesitancy in saying we WILL win. I cant recall the last time I thought like this in any Cowboy game since the heyday of the original Trio. I am serious.

I watched every game live and the team is solid. Strong Oline, great back and QB, a devastating pair of receivers. The D is a stout, bend but dont break mix of lunch pail guys. No stars, no quit. No losing.

I have not seen much of the Commanders, but I play fantasy football, while not making me an expert, I watch every team and note whos hot. I never see a skin anywhere near the top of any lists I sort. I see the half time highlights. Colts one showing was impressive, but then minus the 1 throw for 80 years from the 10-20 for 120 yards (whatever pedestrian stats he finished with) and you can make an educate guess the rest of the game did not go so well for the wonderkund. They're not a good team and in flux at the QB position. Garcon is gone. I cant name a player on D that I would want in place of a Cowboy player. Not even orakpo. (Aint he injured now?)

Murray will gain 200 yards. One of our receivers will have 100 yards. maybe both. I dont know why, but I see it all coming together and every person steps up and we just royal destroy the skins, demoralize them for the rest of the year.

Man, feeling like this was much like the 90's team, we only watched to see how bad we would beat you. There was no question who was winning. While I dont feel that strong just yet about this team. I do feel that way about this game. Dont know if this will last, but I am really loving this week,.

Was it 1989? Troy Aikman's first year with Johnson....we were winless but went into Washington and shocked the Skins with backup QB Walsh. Our only win of the season.

Any Given Sunday.....just saying.

Don't be cocky. Take every opponent like they are the world champions.

Garcon is gone?
I look to have our hands full as they have talent at the RB position and also believe Garcon and Jackson could hurt us.

I know all about that. we have to play a bad game, if we play Cowboy ball. we skate home with a victory. Injuries would have to mount for this to happen. This team wont let down against the skins. Not a chance in hell.

This is still the NFL, which means every game is a fight, much less a Div. opponent.

This week will be no different, it will take everything the Cowboys have to Win because it's a Pro Game.

Throw in Monday night, and Skins would like nothing better than to beat us in our house. We can continue to show this is not the last several years of Boys teams by a sound showing from all facets of the team and a convincing W

Like your assessment, but also know even our 90's teams had some close and yes disappointing games against the Skins.

You joke, but if Jerry called Dan and said "hey, what about the first round pick you traded us? Send that into the league to make it official."....he'd probably do it just out of force of habit.

I don't think this will be an easy game to win. Through the years the skins have always put up a good fight so I look forward to a hard fought win for our Boys.

I was at that game... our RB was Paul Palmer... ugliest 13-3 win you'll ever see... Doug Williams could barely move...it was the first of many victories I've attended
at RFK Stadium and later FedEx Field... I don't go anymore... even the police are unruly at those games.

I would not be too optimistic. Anything can happen. Although were favored Washington, Giants, and the Eagles hate us with a passion to the point that this is their superbowl. The Skins are like a dog cornered and trapped which means that its going to bite hard if your not careful.

Love your optimism though. I too think we'll win.

I know "any given Sunday", but this is the Colt McCoy lead Commanders...............LMAO

Seriously, this is like playing Div 2 Western Omaha folks, we would have to have like 8 turnovers to lose this thing.

You are correct, we have no fear. We should win this game easily.....But, it is games like this that pose the biggest threat. Overconfidence is a killer. This is a division game and they aren't usually cakewalks. If Dallas goes into it with the same mindset as the previous weeks, then we should win.

Colt is not playing, it will be RGKnee, which is probably a good thing :)

If they take a game for granted, it can turn into a loss, just ask Cleveland or Chicago last week.

No way they are going to march RG3 out there 2 weeks before their bye week when he has not even been medically cleared by the doctors yet. He needs a good week, probably two of practice to get back into game shape and get comfortable in the offense.

You don't just throw a guy coming off a broken foot right back into the starting lineup with almost no practice and expect him to run a pistol read-option offense. Only a complete idiot head coach would do something like that.

Edit^^^^^we are not the freaking Browns or the sorry arse Bears that cant win a single home game this year.

This is Daniel Snyder and the Deadskins, anything can happen :)
