It's not the players. We have very talented players. It is the coaching schemes and play calling. Hate to say it, but maybe the game has past Parcells by. I think he has a very tight hold on his coordinator's play calling decisions. That is a main problem.

Don't blame JJ .it is not as easy finding good players . Not all Jimmy darfts were that good he too made alot of mistakes the more u draft the better chance u hit some gold, and those days are over.. even BP trying hard but still u won't have all around good team any more so get used to it
