Gotta love some Texas BBQ! Can't go wrong with the dry rub. My favorite BBQ joint is in Kilgore/White Oak area. Bodacious BBQ! The chopped beef plate melts in your mouth!

I've heard good things about Bodacious BBQ's and they smell great when you drive by them, but I haven't tried one yet. Eddie Deen has the best ribs I've ever had in my life. They cater our tailgate parties.

There is no such thing as good BBQ here in NY area. You will hear 100s of people claim there is, but there isn't. The most common is for people to claim Virgil's is good. It's not. It's second rate crap. Those people are BBQ stupid and are suffering from the Ragu Effect. (if you haven't had better, then you will think crap taste good)

There used to be this place in Connecticut called The Smoke House that was in Darien on the Norwalk border that was pretty good, but they closed down. Not sure why, every time I was there the place was pretty packed. If you bought the bottomless plate, the first Pabst Blue Ribbon was free.

A few PBRs and any BBQ would taste better.:ralph:

Everybody says that but I have had Chicago Pizza and New Jersey Pizza yea what ever it was no better than a couple local chains that I have had in Houston and Austin
