A great QB can elevate an average to above average coaching staff. (like what Rodgers did in GB).

A great coaching staff can sometimes elevate a team to where they need to go if he had decent enough talent. Unfortunately the two most important things in football were pretty average at.

I think an elite coaching type could get the most out of dak, but thats not going to happen under JJ.
