agree but who is blocking on the online when Tyron gets hurt and before steele is 100%
Word is Steele is ahead of schedule in his rehab. Aside from that, I imagine the coaches feel good about Waletzko/Farniok, and think highly of Chuma. Personally I think it was a huge mistake to neglect the o-line and wait until the 11th hour to take a RB. Maybe they have plans to use the extra cap space before TC.

This team lives in the past at times. Our guys gain weight abd beck e less explosive. He’s 251. He shouldn’t go above 255. Don’t force hi. To look like witted who weighed 260.
Weight and muscle mass are two different things.

Oh god please. Our line got worse and it wasn’t good enough last year.

The offense scored a ton of points last season. The issue in the playoffs was a severe lack of offensive firepower after Pollard went down, not the offensive line. Something that I don't feel has been adequately addressed, but bringing in Cooks helps.

I don't disagree that more should've been done to address the line, but the only guys they lost were a very average McGovern and an old Peters who played very sparingly. I don't feel good about the hole at LG, only trying to find a reasonable excuse as to why we took a TE over an OG.

That’s not what I saw. I saw an online grossly overmatched in pass blocking and run blocking in niners game. It was the #1 issue for me going into this year.

just wasnt in the cards. Glad they took mazi.

Everyone struggled against the Niners. The offense moved the ball well enough before Pollard went down, and fell apart when Lamb was the only real threat left.

I'm not hopeful that they'll be a top unit this year, but the best 5, being Smith, Smith, Biadasz, Martin, and Steele are adequate to compete against the best. Depth is, and has been the problem. They need to bring in another solid veteran. Whether it 's through free agency, or finding a viable trade partner, I dont really care. I'm not confident in the current lineup, but maybe the coaches see it differently.

IOL and RB were my top priorities going into the draft and I don't feel either were properly addressed. I loved Deuce in college, but it's risky business leaning on him if Pollard isn't right to start the year. I wouldn't consider him fragile at all at the collegiate level, but we don't know how his small frame will hold up in the NFL. Even still, big strides were made on defense, and I'm hopeful that unit can carry the offense if and when they do struggle against the top defenses in the league.

His frame will allow for more weight without limiting his speed. I think 260 will be a good weight for him considering how much blocking he’ll do.
