I hope we hear no more of the "process" for a while

because I am really sick of that term.

The process MEANS NOTHING UNLESS YOU GET RESULTS.

What results have we seen on the scoreboard?

You have to admit, this is hard to do even if you try. Under Garrett, since taking over for Wade:

2010: 4-4
2011: 8-8
2012: 8-8
2013: 4-4

I mean that is the epitome of win one lose one. I don't know if I've ever seen this before.

Right now, the process is trying to get enough players off the street to play defense to make quorum at game time. We probably should wait until Garrett gets a whole NFL defense on the field before blaming his "processes". He's trying to win with a bunch of guys who no other team wanted, which is the reason they were available after the season started. Then there is the endless series of injuries. I think we had a practice squad guy and McCray playing safety at the end of the game. We have better safeties, they just weren't available at crunch time.

If an excuse is valid, I'm more than willing to figure that into the equation, but at some point you have to say enough is enough. What will next year's excuse for Red be? Maybe Romo will get hurt or even more injuries to the defense will occur?

Too many excuses, even if they have some validity to them. Garrett has used up all his equity and it's time for us to move on from him (I'll happily eat crow if he can get us to a minimum NFC championship game this year - not holding my breath on that though)
