What's the recipe for correcting this disaster. We got burned in week 1 and flirted with disaster in week 3. My mother always said eat your meal before your desert. Seems our boys insist on having their desert first and then choke down their veggies latter. Why is it we continue to overindulge. It's as if we were diabetic and can't control our binge eating.

I've honestly had enough and have lost my appetite.

The team has to at bare minimum quit having turnovers get taken back for touchdowns.

They've already surpassed last year's total for defensive/special teams scores by the opposition. I suspected they would because they only had 1 such play last year, but to have that number exceeded this early was a little surprising.

I'm not certain there's any sure cure for Romo's miscues but DeMarco Murray can't be allowed to continue to carry the ball as loosely as he does. Otherwise, his fumbleitis problems will continue to mount. NFL defenders will only increase their focus on physically causing him to fumble.

I hope the staff does something drastic to make him more vigilant about hugging the ball high and tight, not low and loose like he does now. I've heard about other coaches on other teams making RBs carry the football around with them everywhere they go while within the confines of the facility. I know it's been done with Tony Dorsett and others and it helped them overcome their bad habit.

You just can't, huh? Well, I am off to work to start my day.

See how I did that?

All I'm going to say is that I am extremely content with the win but understand that if this current team allows for such costly mistakes against a quality team/QB there will be no hope for any kind of comeback.

They should certainly do something or anything about his fumble issues. However, this is the Cowboys and they don't believe in accountability it seems.

They need to obsess on some drills that prevent fumbles and put Murray through them 24/7 this week. Maybe if they put a shock collar on Romo, so that every time he throws an interception, the coaching staff can initiate a jolt or two. I cant take another meltdown in the first quarter again.

Both turnovers were careless. Can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it.

Murray has now fumbled on the first or second series in 4 consecutive games. He is more likely to fumble than Romo is to throw an INT.

Evidently, that's been the case far too long. I would hope something might be done to allow that to change.

This really isn't that hard to deal with. Just start Randle or Williams during the first series on offense during the Saints game. Then let Murray know if he fumbles one more time he won't be starting for the rest of the year.

It is something that needs to be corrected. We are not good enough to overcome those types of turn overs against most decent teams.

That's the way you have to look at it.

Be happy with the win -- hope that they are improving game-to-game, and hope it pays off against the better teams.

At this point I'm concerned. I don't know what the deal with Murray is, but i have to believe it will get worked out. He is on pace for 16 this year. THat's just unfathomable.

For Romo's part, he's already on pace for more INTs than he has had in a long time, but I'm encouraged by his play to finish off the game. He seemed to take a deep breath and all of a sudden mentally got back into his old self. If he can be that efficient continuously and see the field, we have a chance.
