I Just Fell In Love With…

Dude's a beast against the run...one of the best in CFB.

My question is what kind of athlete is he? If mediocre likely only a 2 down player that you can have a little later in the draft.

Yeah, I was just about to say he’s a bit stiff especially when changing directions. I’ve watched a lot of him because I’ve been keeping tabs on his teammate Jack Sanborn (#57), who is also a linebacker for about two seasons now.

I also would be too surprised if he gets popped for PEDs.

Ummmm….he’s excellent against the run and a beast of a pass rusher. If a DC can’t figure out to do with him on 3rd down he needs to be fired. He and Parsons on double A gap blitz would wreak havoc.

Sure, but if he isn't athletic enough to cover in the NFL than he's a 2 down player and he won't get drafted early at all.

People sleeping on Cox? If our dude comes back from injury strong than Parsons at MLB and Cox at the Will in base formation is nasty IMO.

Cox was a top 50/60ish prospect IMO last year. He's gonna be tough to upgrade unless we go 1st round LBr IMO which might be dumb as heck.

I went to a state school so forgive if I’m not tracking with you. He had 8 sacks this year; I’m just guessing those came on passing downs?

I mean I have no idea but that has nothing to do with his athletic ability and how he'll translate to the NFL.

Obviously the instincts are there in the run game / pass rush but if he doesn't run well and showcase good lateral agility I want no part of him early.

I've seen his name pop up throughout the year. Definitely curious on his combine/testing.

Dunno why but he seems like the perfect Parcells ILB.

Isn't he mocked as a round 3/4 guy?

Think my favorite LB after Lloyd, Dean and even Smith(PSU) is Muma.

Haven't actually watched live Wyoming games but everything I've read on him is that he could be a Lee like clone but without the chronic injuries. And he rated excellent vs the run this year. Of course playing for Wyoming leads to competition quality questions.

But Wyoming spit out Logan Wilson who at least early on for the Bengals this year was making plays.

Muma is a very good prospect. I wouldn’t be mad at him in round 2.

That was a great video. He shows a lot of explosion when heading downhill to the ballcarrier, I'm wondering if he'll do better in the agility drills than some here might expect. Definitely one to watch, as we could use a thumper to compliment Cox's coverage skills.
