I just laughed... Crayton would be fine if T.O. returned

I don't want Owens back. But for thoses who find the idea completely rediculous, ask yourself one question..........

Week one 2010, who would you prefer start opposite Austin? Williams or Owens?

Austin and Williams is fine by me.

Austin and ANYONE is better then T-blow on this team again.

I'm pretty sure they think it was Brad Johnson.
He said it wasn't a player. Maybe he meant it wasn't a player on the 2009 roster, but the way he said it, it was a coach.

They way I read it he said it wasn't a player and it was a players and coaches meeting so by process of elimination we can figure it was a coach.

Going forward, if it was a coach I bet it was Garrett. But just a guess.

That meeting was only between Crayton, T.O, RW11 and Ginger. Your guess is good.

Then how did Witten's name get bandied about as the leak?

Because he's a friend, and Crayton doesn't think he's the real problem.

I think this is just a case of a player making a nice comment about a friend while knowing that there's no way possible Owens would ever be back with this team.

exactly. but people gotta go crazy like it's a lot more than some offhand comment.

That came up too in the past but he wasn't part of the meeting and he is considered a player.

....and I would actually feel kinda fine about Patrick Crayton being cut or traded.

Witten also apparently almost went toe to toe with T.O in the locker room. That never happened.

BJ, Barbie, Ginger and Witten were all speculated. But we all know it's not Witten's style and the only reason he got speculated was because of the speculated brawl he almost had with T.O.

The media speculated it and it wasn't T.O that blamed Witten. Actually, T.O was blaming Barbie for yapping all year in the locker room and when T.O confronted Barbie in the locker room, Witten stepped in with no ill intent, but rather wanted to stop everything from escalating.

Now just because it was just the WR's and Garrett in the meeting does not mean it was Garrett that leaked it to the media. I'm sure after this meeting some of the players and Garrett told other players what happened in the meeting. So it could have been from anyone. If the WR's are crying about Romo and Witten having chemistry then its not unreasonable to think Garrett told Romo and Witten about the WR's complaints.

You know its the slow time of the year when we are talking about who the Mole was still.:)

Don't think for a minute that mamagement does not know what's going on. If the WRs and their coaches had a supposed secret meeting, and niether side leaked the story, then you have to look at who the offensive coaches reported to. So you can rule out Wade Phillips, but not mamagement. It can't be jerry Jones, because he was drawing personal lines to T.O. on a napkin. But Stephen Jones was the one adament about letting T.O. go and was the catalyst who forced the issue. Players on this team know not to challenge managemet - at least they do now - which is why Crayton will tell you that the mole is not a player or a coach, knows who it is, but he then won't dare to tell you who it is. Two words: Stephen Jones. He never wanted T.O. from the start and knew what strings to pull to make "losing" him inevitable.

I really think it wont happen but i heard alot of people talk about it. me i thinks it stupid to bring back that big mouth back. i dout it would happen.
have u heard anything?

After the offensive year they had without him?

After the team chemistry they had without him?

After seeing his clearly diminishing skills?

Anyone who talks of him coming back, is clueless.

I heards we traded roy williams and pacman to the free agents in exchange for TO, an ab genie and super mario brothers game still sealed in the original shrink wrap.

Don't ask me where I heard it, I can't risk losing sources.
