Redzone. His catches down inside the 20 are just awesome. On this highlight reel..his jumping ability reminds me of Alvin Harper. You just put the ball up and he goes up and fights for it and out-muscles the DBs. Verticle jump is outstanding.

I know Romo loves Crayton down in the endzone, but Dez is about to take that to another level in this offense. I hope we get to keep all our WRs for if only this year. We should be able to platoon the WR corp like we do the RBs if we do.

What a nightmare of a trips of Austin, Dez, Ogletree and Williams and Witten on the other side and Jones out of the backfield.

A luxury in an uncapped year possibly.

I still cant believe we got this guy.

He's a tremendous talent, but the thing that sticks out to me is how competitive he is on the field. Thats what separated Michael Irvin from so many, it wasnt just talent, it was drive. I see alot of that with Bryant.

Having him and Austin is going to cause nightmares for opposing defenses for years to come.

A couple of posters have a sig of Dez going up for a ball in fall practice (with a guy standing in the background). People at practice swear he jumped almost 4ft. to go get the ball.

Dez has that mentality that all great WR's do - when the ball goes up, it's his.

All are athletic, physical (williams is decently physical) and aregoing to cause nightmares for DBs around the league.

Austin and Bryant are going to be really tough for corners to tackle, that is for sure!

Roy is strong but he is easily outmuscled, hears the footsteps and doesn't break tackles. He is an okay positional blocker but he is no Hines Ward in that department either.

Austin is very physical and so is Dez. I can't wait for them to terrorize DBs. They'll be like our version of Fitz and Boldin (for those few games a year when Boldin is healthy). It'd be great if OTree could become the speed/route runner guy to complement them.

I'd actually rather he be watching them on TV from home instead of the sidelines but that would be a step in the right direction, too.

Dez can high point the ball extremely well and has terrific ball skills. Some of those jump balls he comes down with are against double coverage. He's one of those receivers who can out muscle DB's for the ball. The more I watch Dez on film the more he reminds me of a cross between Andre Johnson and TO.

As down as we all are on RW I still think he has value to the Cowboys. He was second on the team last season with 7 TD's. The addition of Dez is going to push all our receivers to get better because one of them probably Hurd will be the odd man out unless the Cowboys swing a trade with Crayton. RW has shown alot more potential during his career than Crayton which is why Jerry made the trade for him to replace Crayton as the starter. At 31 Crayton is what he is an average starter and a pretty good slot receiver. Crayton is clearly better in the slot than he is as a starter.

He's made some of his biggest plays in the slot. RW may be even better in the slot than Crayton and may end up in a battle with him for that role. The biggest concern with RW is his lack of chemistry with Romo they just can't seem to get on the same page. Dez is going to be starting opposite Austin at some point this season it's not a matter of if it's when. Pairing Dez up opposite Austin along with Witten, Felix and Romo is going to make for some fireworks this season.
