I kinda hope Rush Starts

It will give Dak time to get healthy, it will allow us to see what he can do....if he fails, maybe we pull off a trade for a backup......We are 3 games ahead with a favorable schedule coming up.....
Ideally, I want Dak 100% but this may be a good time to see what we got and what we need....Salud!

Ranching--i can see that plus Rush rarely has ever played with 1st string O line and 1st string weapons....run the ball a lot and many short passes....then a couple semi-bombs down sideline...Cowboys beat Vikings with Rush or Prescott...dont matter....Plat guarantee stands

I'm scared of Green Bay if it's at Green Bay. I'm not scared of them at home, even though we're 0-3 at home against them with Dak... the home field advantage ambiance has improved big time this year and we finally have a defense that feeds off the home crowd and plays well at home.

if it's in North east Wisconsin in mid-late January... Dak's southern blooded arm will freeze off by the 8 minute mark of the first quarter and he'll have to be rushed to the hospital to avoid hypothermic amputation. No thank you.

man Arizona throwing pick in endzone was a bit crushing.....but if we win sunday we tied for #1 in all NFL?

no thx

i do not want to know or care what cooper rush or any back up qb can do

Agreed, Coach. Cooper Rush will be so bad, hopefully it will open Jerry's eyes to go after Cam Newton on a 1-2 year veteran team friendly deal. The key would be if Cam Newton agrees to be Dak's backup?

Rush is certainly no Dak, but how often have we seen him play with all the 1’s and KM’s full attention? I want Dak out there, but I’d rather lose in October than January.

Again, you guys are assuming that Dak is likely to get injured. He says he's good to go. He would know.

Sometimes, a driven young alpha overestimates his own box office, erroneously thinks he can overcome anything and everything, and forces the issue. Many players with similar injuries have been out much longer, and the Cowboys obviously worry that if he comes back too soon and makes the injury worse, the effects could linger, hurting future performance. What’s worse—missing game 7, or perhaps making the injury worse, making him miss games later and/or affecting his performance in December and January?

Yeah, I want him to play too, but I can live with it if he comes back 100% and we run the table.

I think we could still win with 10. Our line is much better than last year when we played them. Plus we still won

Again with the perhaps. IF they clear him to play and he feels that he can play, let him play. If he starts to get sore, put in Rush. Why is this hard? If they want to start Rush and rest Dak, that's okay too.. But to automatically say "rest him" because of the chance of injury? We rested Romo before and lost the game because of it and that hurt our seeding in the playoffs... But let's not learn from history. Let's wrap him in pillows and hope he doesn't stub his toe.

Wow. Right under "Things We Can All Agree On".

That's what I call a contradiction.

If they clear him to play, great! If they don’t, I’ll still watch, because they can still beat Minny with Rush. The chances are slimmer, but…

Of course no matter what they do, they’ll get criticized. Picture this…he plays, makes it worse, and is out for 6 weeks. Bet this place would EXPLODE!

this may be a good time to see what what we need

we already know what you need

Every game counts for playoff seeding. Better to get Dak out there and scheme it so he gets ball out quick and limits his movement .

No we will not be. Dallas would only be 6-1 if beating Minnesota. The Pack and Cards are already 7-1.

why would you even think of signing Cam unless you want the guys on the team to start wearing dresses like him? I thought we got rid of the softies. lol

normally I would agree but the issue is that we need the number 1 seed so that we don’t see AZ or GB until the NFCCG

but if he’s not 100% sit him

no. first seed will likely only have 2 losses. can't lose pace against a mediocre team.
