as far as changes which are needed, I would include the following:
1. Lure Mike Holmgreen out of semi-retirement and ask him to be the Asst. Offensive Coordinator/QB Coach. I know this may sound silly to some, but I don't think Mike is ready to become a Head Coach right away and from what I understand he has a close relationship with JJ. He has a reputation for grooming QB's, and I don't think we could find a better QB coach at this time.
2. Sign Dom Capers a DC.
3. Sign a good Special Teams Coach.
4. Sign Ray Lewis as ILB
5. Draft backup OLinemen.
6. Sign/Draft a QB who can seriously challenge Romo after the 2009 season.
7. Sorry I don't have an answer for the lack of intensity that is needed from a HC to pull all of this talent together. I'm not sure how that one will be cured, which could make all of my other suggestions null and void. I also don't have an answer for Jason Garrett's woes as an OC, but he definitely needs to step up or step out.
