Im Joking. Yeah Brees is an integral part of their success, but they are not invincible by any means. There defense can be scored upon. You just dont need to get in a quick strike score contest with them.

11-0 is 11-0 so I give them all the credit they're due.

I just don't fear them. Perhaps it's ignorance on my part, maybe not.

Here's a few NO random thoughts:

1) I'm not impressed with their defense. I think the secondary is especially weak. Looking over their 2009 schedule I don't see many impressive defensive performances. I believe Romo can and will do well against them.

2) We will be the best defense they've faced this year and that will matter.

3) I have confidence Wade will come up with a good game plan for them.

I think they take a few hits this last month.

Honestly the Saints have a GREAT QB that makes the whole Team look much better than it really is.....you take Breese out of that Starting Lineup by an Injury and watch their ship sink real fast. What teams need to do is land some extra hits on Breese in the pocket. Hes got too much time to scope the Field. I just think hes head and shoulders above the other starting QB's and thats what makes them tick.

Nice case for Brees for MVP. I wonder what the boys would look like with out Romo =/. Careful your bias is showing.

Holding the Pat's to 17 is rather impressive. I don't think Wade could game plan his self out of a paper back. Brees already said the Jets was the best defense they played all year.

Not really sure what would impress you about their pass defense if these stats don't. Look beyond the total yards surrendered (a product of them being on the field more than any other team as a result of the offense scoring so often and so quickly) and you'll find out that they are actually pretty dominant. You did see the Monday night game against the #2 offense right?

Opponent passer rating 57.6 #1
Interceptions 22 #1
Opponent completion% 53.7 #2
TD allowed 9 #2(T)
Opponent first down% 26.3 #1

there was a thread last week about Passer Rating "Differential" (team's offensive rating minus team's defensive rating) -- namely that the Saints were #1 after 10 weeks, with an astonishing lead over the next best team (Indy). Now, after 11 weeks, it appears the gap is even greater. I didn't figure the stat for all teams, but assuming Indy is still in second, it looks like this:

1. Saints 55.0
2. Colts 25.7

Aren't the Saints still unbeaten?

Honestly the Saints have a GREAT QB that makes the whole Team look much better than it really is.....you take Breese out of that Starting Lineup by an Injury and watch their ship sink real fast.

Couldn't this be said of any team that has a great quarterback? The Colts without Manning? The Patriots without Brady? The Steelers without Roethlisberger?

What teams need to do is land some extra hits on Breese in the pocket. Hes got too much time to scope the Field. I just think hes head and shoulders above the other starting QB's and thats what makes them tick.

So what you're saying is that Brees is the cog that makes the Saints go and barring injury, they are viable? What revelation will you wow us with next? The team that scores the most points will probably win? LOL

They may be the real deal, but I just don't trust teams with space age, Star Wars-type offenses. They invariably seem to get shut down by blue-collar defenses come crunch time. Of course, if their defense is for real, then that changes everything.

I think the 1999-2000 Rams might have a bone to pick with you. LOL. The point is taken though as they are clearly an out-liar.

I hate the Saints, but you can't argue when they are undefeated. I don't care who is getting the job done, it is getting done. No much you can laugh at when they have the best record in league.
