I like that not many are giving Dallas a chance against Cincy

If rod plays bend but don't break, we'll break. if not we have a shot.

I haven't seen a Cincy game yet, but I don't think they're a scary team. Of course this is all based on 30 second snippets from the "experts" I've seen on TV. Green worries me more than Dalton & I think our O has enough options to overcome whatever D scheme they come up with.

We tend to play better as underdogs. But I don't see the D holding up this game. Cincy's D will be a test for our young O.

But football is about matchups. Cincy has the upper hand in this one.

Every commentator I've listened to expects the Bengals to roll on Sunday. Not sure how you guys feel about this, but I like being in this situation. The Cowboys Defense has done surprisingly well against the run and we should be able to put much improved Mo Claiborne on AJ Green.

If the OL can give Dak some time he should be able to do extremely well against this secondary.

Im going to predict 28-17 Dallas.

I'm going to check my local radio station's pick 'em results now - this will give us a clear idea of what John Q. Nation thinks about this game...

...the results are in! Sample size of over 8,000 people, and it's currently 50% for the Cowboys and 50% for Cincinnati, right down the middle.

Something tells me these "commenters" are using their picks to garner viewership. Or suffering from group think. The public does not share their views.

He's scheme'd that way through four games, we are 3-1. This D is incapable of playing any other way with the lack of a DL, doesn't mean we can't beat this team. (Maybe Tank makes an impact in his first game back, as an aside.)

Do you see the Bengals feasting on a highly motivated, bend-don't-break D? Perhaps, but not enough. Dalton is a bus driver who doesn't have LaFell or Eifert. We should win.

Who are the Bengals, that strike fear as a upper echelon team?. Well they are not a top tier team and come playoff time or big games they are a let down. We roll them tomorrow.

Cowboys always play better as an underdog. Would love to be an underdog the rest of the season.

Going to be a toss up type of game, who ever wins the TO battle will most likely win.

I sort of get this feeling too. Could be close, with the difference being a special teams or defensive TD. Something like that wouldn't surprise me.

Would feel much better if Dez was playing, but we need this one. Dont want to fall 2 behind the Eagles when we go to GB next week and they play the Deadskins...

You may get your wish most of the time. According to Football Outsiders, Dallas has played the 4th-easiest schedule so far, and its remaining schedule is 3rd-most difficult.

Yea but if we continue to win that will change. Same thing happened in 2014 at first.

if you want to be a contender then you have to win these type of games at home if not then it just confirms that you are a middle of the road team at some point you have to be able to beat the better teams to make progress I think they will win but that don't mean they will

It won't change much unless the teams on our schedule that are playing well now start losing. In 2014 we played the league's 2nd-easiest schedule.

Percy, do you have any set expectations for this season yet, or are you still in wait-and-see approach?

Things change. I don't think GB or Cincinnati are great teams. They're good but not great. GB might not even be good but they do have a great QB. Except for Pittsburgh, Philly has played bad teams too and they have some more coming up.
