Give me 22 Dez Bryant's and Sean Lee's anyway. These dudes hate losing more than they enjoy winning. They take losing personally. I'm tired of hearing about Witten and Ware as leaders. Where have they lead us. Dez has that competitive Dawg in him and losing hurts his soul to the core. I can't wait to hear the hypocrites on these shows today call him the next T.O... Meanwhile Brady, ray Lewis can't scream, rant and rave up the sidelines, but that's looked upon as leadership. Dez is tired of losing these type of games and tired of the finding ways to lose stench that surrounds this group. Dez expressesed what all of us fans were feeling., frustration to the core.+4 in the turnover ratio and you still lose. Only the cowboys!!
agree with every word. i'm just worried that the cowboys will fall into the media pressure trap and end up changing the kid for the worse. they will do whatever they can to make him a soulless drone just like miles austin, just like demarcus ware, just like everyone from the old core not name jason hatcher.

Imagine if Dez was in a real offense or his coach was Sean Peyton. It would be curtains.

It's pretty embarrassing that even Commanders fans are not piling on to Dez yet some of our own fan base is.

this is a post from a Commander fan from that link:
Dislike the Cowboys a lot but I think the dynamic is fascinating. You have a team that has choked, hard, the last 10 or so years starting with the QB on down. You have an ultra-talented WR who obviously is not okay seeing the team piss away opportunities. It's almost like the Cowboys (for the most part) don't give a **** when they lose games in hilariously stunning fashion. I saw some Cowboy fans pretty much say "Romo and Witten have tried to do it their way for 10 years and look where that's gotten us." At least Dez looks like he cares while the rest of them look like they are figuring out tee-times in Cabo.

Even they can see what the problem is. The fact that Tashard Choice could have felt comfortable enough to do this:

tells us what we needed to know about the atmosphere in the locker room at that time. We lost 27 to 30 to a divisional rival and you feel comfortable enough to go get an autograph from the opposing qb? I don't see guys like Dez or Lee being cool with that.

Is this guy still in the league?

If you don't agree with every single word he said in this 5 minute post game, then please pack your bags and go cheer for another team. It's obvious to me that Dez is sick of everyone on this team going thru the motions during these pathetic losses. For once, someone finally stepped up and showed some damn emotion! For that I thank you with all my heart Dez! Tonight, I will get on my knees and pray to God that he doesn't get pulled into a room sometime this week and given the country club verbal spanking. If the powers that be in this country club of a franchise try to change him or God-forbid try to get rid of him to please Romo or Witten or anyone else in this franchise, I swear on everything that is good in this world, my days of being a fan of this franchise will be over for good.

Here is my issue. That looks good to some of us and it seems to him like he's doing something, but to be a leader you have to have tact. No one likes to play with a whiney baby. I had the misfortune of playing with people who would start panicking as soon as we went down. It brought the whole team down, and it effected all of us.

With that said, it's obvious he wants to win. I would just like to know what he said before making a legitimate judgement.

i know you do EH. you, like me, enjoying watching historical videos of the cowboys. well here are two guys from our great past defending dez.

Michael and Deion defending Dez.

I agree with everything that was said in this video and let me just say this: I am so happy that Dez has a mentor like Michael Irvin. I love the passion Dez showed on the sideline but I'm glad that Michael is going to talk to him about the correct way to channel it.

This entire franchise has had a loser mentality for way too long. It's refreshing to see someone who actually cares.

I remember Irvin consoling a crying Emmitt Smith after the NFCCG loss and Irvin vowing to never wanting that feeling again. Could you ever imagine Witten, Ware, or Romo responding like this to a loss? They are used to it.

You know as i sit here at work looking at this board I see folk complaining about DEZ!! Dont throw temper tantrums etc etc...You know what I think we need more of it and how bout someone on the defense get up in peoples face and hold them accountable. You fans that worry more about how one is perceived on the sidelines are the exact ones that have fallen for ho hum mediocre play over the past 12 years or more. I love the fire Dez has and if you dont then you are prolly the type of fan that just loves to accept 8-8. And for the record i think JG is the smartes dumb coach i know!!

I feel like Witten and Ware were arguing with Dez becuase they are used to the .500 culture that has been the cowboys for 17 or so years now. And wile I'm ranting, Jason Garret is a horrible in game manager! I really thought when he gave up calling the plays he would vastly improve in this area, but he hasn't at all. Every year we lose 2 or 3 games to his coaching! Tired of coachin not to lose instead of trying to win!

I also love Dez, but his outburst at 12 seconds was a waste of energy.

I understand what he was doing. he was upset because the loss was a certainty at that point. he wasn't showing fire and emotion to try to win the game, he was throwing a tantrum because losing sucks.

we don't really need that from him. you think you do. pack your bags and root for someone else. No coach is going to encourage the behavior he exhibited at the 12 second mark. they will try to sweep it under the rug, but they won't encourage it.

Went about it wrong. Love his fire and hate the Cowboys conservative ways. They tried to not lose the game and we all know that is exactly how you lose one! All they needed was a first down and couldn't get it because of the stupid play calling and choice of Romo as to who to throw it to. Fez single covered and he has to throw it away because he never looked left in The direction do Dez? This loss for me goes right on Romo and coach play calling! They have zero killer instinct and to just play that way at the end of that game was as disappointing as anything! What say you?

Dang auto correct title should have been Dez, sorry!

Must we post in extremes? I loved the team before Dez and I'll love it after. I don't have to agree with him to support him, tho. As long as he's a beast on the field, then I'm good with the rest.

Given the way the secondary has played the entire year, I think the entire "tantrum" from Dez was born out of frustration because we did not go for the kill shot, but elected to play a conservative game plan. For him, it was probably like watching a train wreck on Grounds Hogs Day. What is the definition of insanity....

The core of this team is outright PATHETIC. When the game is on the line they wilt. No fight or guts. Damn I miss the old days when that Star meant something to the players. Good for Dez for wanting something more than mediocracy.
