In the weird arrangement of the last three years, Garrett is the offensive head coach answering only to Jerry.

With that situation, Jones just had his most successful season in 13 years. But you also had this embarrassing end of the first half exchange Sunday between Fox reporter Pam Oliver and Phillips:

Pam: "What changes do you need to make?"

Wade: "We’re fine."

Pam: "But what about the heavy pressure on Romo?"

Wade: "Well, we’re doing the same thing to them."

Really? The score was 17-3. Not exactly either "fine" or "the same thing." But this is a "head coach" who has no say about offense, unless it’s to go-for-it on fourth down or try a 48-yard field goal. Then he screwed that up too.

Quotes like that from Wade really annoy me. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad Wade is staying. I guess that's just one of the things I have to live with as long as Wade is a coach.

I do think we were totally out-schemed in terms of our offense. But I don't think yelling would have helped.

Actually, this thread sounds more like you are the one complaining about something out of your control...in kind of a 5th grade manner. Ah, the irony.

I like Galloway too, but he has been riding Wade for a long time now, so that agenda is firmly set. And one thing we can all agree on is that RG knows less about the football than at least 60% of this board.

Ignore anybody who disagrees with you. That is good idea. Drink you a big swig of the Wade kool-aide. Just don't get choked on it every year when we are in the same situation. If you keep ignoring all the people who see Wade for what he is then by the time his contract is up you may not see any post at all.

Disclaimer- I think Wade is a very good person and a good DC, I just know that he doesn't have what it takes to win it all and we will be disappointed every year. I am prepared for it so I won't be near as upset as the kool-aide drinkers when this happens next year and the year after that and...........................................................you get the picture!
