At least he cares. Irvin used to cry after every loss. I want rid if all the ones who don't care about anything but the check. Time to clean house.

I appreciate his passion and candor. Some guys wouldn't admit to crying. He shouldn't have left the field, but can you blame him?

He should have taken Murray and other frustrated teammates to the locker room early as a sign of protest. There is a clear sign of mutiny on this ship, and Romo has a penchant for looking like an immature schmuck despite his years in the league. If I were a teammate, I would have been in his grill about his decision making late in the game. No excuses for looking like a rookie.

Perhaps some of our "fans" will get off his back. 153 receiving yards. An amazing catch to help extend our lead. No support... Dude possesses a high level of passion and desire to succeed. He loves Dallas. This guy absolutely breathes Cowboys and would love to see this franchise succeed. I'm not taking my hat off to him for leaving the field but I completely understand it given the circumstance and have zero issues with it. This is potentially one of our young budding future leaders laying his heart out there for all to see. No issues here.

You deserve better Dez.

Dez's past is unfortunately always going to haunt him. He got labeled a problem child and he will always be stereotyped that way by the ignorant. The guy has a passion to win like few others and I love that about him. If we had more guys like Dez Bryant this team wouldn't continuously fold late in games.

Dez shouldn't have come off the field.

Did the wrong thing for the right reason.

Not concerned about this especially given the state of our defense.

Don't worry

I few more years of losing will work that out of him. Same as it did for Jerry

I don't blame Dez for walking off at the end of the game. At that very moment, I turned off the tv and left the house. I normally would watch to the last snap, but I couldn't take Groundhog Day anymore.

If Tony Romo played with Dez' passion, this team would be unstoppable. But, "it's just a football game Romo" lacks the fear of losing and as the "leader" of the team, his example kills this team. Yes, he often plays well when the chips are down, but wanting to win is not the same as hating to lose. Romo lacks that vague sports term "heart."

From the Peewee football teams to the pros, the players look to the QB for leadership, both offense and defense. The QB leads the "team." "Great" teams have great quarterbacks. This team has a ho-hum-gimme-the-stats quarterback. Has Tony Romo ever said, "that performance as a team, is absolutely embarrassing and will never happen again."???? No, we get, "it's a process" and "we'll learn from this and move forward." Well, the "process" ain't working, and the "learning" ain't happening.

I've always been a Romo supporter, but I have decided he is a good quarterback, but not a "great" quarterback. Right now, I'd take Danny White over Romo. At least Danny made it to the NFC Championship game four times.

Dez said he left the field because he could not remain on the field and watch the Packers kneel down and shake their hands after the way they lost. I doubt many of you would feel the same if a coach or a player for another team ran off the field and said the exact same words after your team pulled out a miracle win. It shows very poor sportsmanship on his part. The guy is supposed to be someone pop warner kids would want to emulate. Cant' wait for another 15 years when a bunch of kids that idolize Dez Bryant are playing pro football running off the field two minutes before the game is over because their pride is hurt from losing a tough game. It is sad enough now with leagues giving trophies to all kids just for participating because they don't want their kids to know what winning and losing feels like. How whack is that????

Did those teams Danny White was on force punts or did the opposition score a TD every possession?

Just curious.
