I love the Cowboys

I’ve been a Cowboys fan for over 49 years and I suppose I always will; but I’ve become hardened to the epic declines and failures with poor coaching and front office debacles that I am now numb. I guess all of us long-term fans keep the belief that the next year will be different even though it never is.

Started watching in 1980. My dad was watching the Giants play us. I was 4. I liked the colors. Thank God my dad wasn't watching Giants vs. Lions or my life could have taken a bad turn there.

Anyways, now it's like Stockholm syndrome. Been rooting for them so long it just seems like a routine. You young bucks should really jump ship before it's too late. This organization is doomed under this family, and they're not going anywhere. There are generations of these dipsticks waiting in the wings.
