I love to see fellow Dallas sports figures supporting other Dallas teams

Dirk is an honorary member of the Rangers. I always see Cowboys and Rangers at Mavs games and vice versa. I think its great to support each other. DFW is a great city. Im proud to be from there.

Shows such support. Makes the city appreciate their Sports stars. A success in any sport in DFW is a success for them all and all people of DFW.I only get to make it down once a year lately to visit my family. Someday Im gonna move back.

Few cities have the diversity and quality of sports that the Dallas area has. There are a couple (certainly none in Texas) but not many.

As for the OP, Phil Mickleson spoke about the same thing this weekend at the Byron Nelson. That tourney draws an amazing crowd, but he was saying if you've been around 20 years, you've seen two World Series appearances, a couple of Nba Finals (one title) , a Stanley Cup Title, and 3 Super Bowl winners...not to mention all the other stuff.

my favorite part is the fact people arent jerks to other teams fans. i rock my spurs gear all the time and no one gives me crap! i think if anyone even THOUGHT i was a cowboys fan in philly id get beat with frozen cheese steaks!

Try being a cowboy fan in Pittsburgh. They despise us.:laugh2: I used to rock a Barber jersey and people would stare but not say anything once they see the gorilla pipes :laugh2: However i wore a Cowboys Jersey to a game at the VET in Philly and got eggs thrown at me. That was back in the day. Now philly isnt quite as bad.
