I made my mind up about Dak

Always liked him, thought he was a good team locker room guy, leader, well spoken .
As far as qb, I just felt our Oc's were horrible and carrot top truly held him back.

I still think he is descent, top 15 ish Qb, but hate to admit this, he won't win you a Sb. He hopefully will be on a SB winner !! Praying he will!! But he will not win the SB !

I agree. Although he isn't half the runner Hurtz is.

We’ve shifted to being a defensive team and run a different offense that asks him to not win us games with his ability.


I think the real question is do the Cowboys need to pay a guy with his skill set the kind of money he makes?

Simply put. Physical traits aside. I just feel his football IQ is not on that top Sb winning QB level. Very slow to process, combine that with limited physical skills/ technique = a B - c+ qb

This. On the first 4th and Goal, he could have gotten in if he still played with purpose. He clearly declined that opportunity. I'm done defending him. If he flames out this year, let's get Lance in there sooner rather than later and see what we have.
