He didn’t want to sign my card unless I gave him $25.

Was and still am a huge fan but that image of him has always stuck with me all this time later.

------He didn’t want to sign my card unless I gave him $25.

I still remember back in the day when he wanted an appearance fee to appear at some State of Texas Athletes thingy that wanted to honor him after electing him. Then after he looked like a total *** over it, he came up with some bogus excuse about how his response was a big misunderstanding.

Yes. It was in Vegas last week.

I had a moment at training camp, in San Antonio where my buddy and I were standing outside their hotel as the players got off the bus. We shouted "Emmitt" and he turned around to look at us. We gave him a fist pump and he gave us one right back, good times lol.

I was fortunate enough to be at the game when he broke the record as well. That was the most electrifying atmosphere Ive ever been in. Ill never forget how loud that stadium was for 20 minutes straight. Not a soul was seated haha.

That is something you wont quickly forget, lad. Sitting next to a legend!

I once met Bullet Bob in ... Iraan, Texas, of all places, in a professional setting. It was awkward, funny, but I will never forget.

I was there the last couple of years and did not meet him but this year I decided to take the plunge. Off my bucket list

I met him his rookie year at the open practice they would have at Texas Stadium. I was 13. I remember everyone swarming around Aikman and nobody was talking to Emmitt. My older brother told me how good he was and he was so excited when we drafted him, so me worshiping my big brother, went up to Emmitt. He was super nice. Shame that others have had mixed interactions in those forums (I get it if you just bother the guy out and about). Zeke should learn from him.
