I miss this Roy Williams

Unless he fell and hurt his head, I don't see it.

Hitting someone should have next to nothing to do with being in the right position when you have coverage responsibilities. And honestly, that is what he is being asked to do right now.

So what if his shoulder hurts.

Henry is dealing with his bursa sac. Injuries happen.

That is not an excuse. And if it is, shame on him.

Yeh and lately Henry sucks too.

I belive Brian Dawkins is very religious. I hate to admit it but he ain't too bad of a safety.

Hey, I still like Roy, warts and all. But Dawkins will lick you and stick you, smother you behind the line of scrimage and cover you 60 yards down field.

I hope Roy grows up to be the football player Brian Dawkins is.

Both he and Reed are by far the best complete Safeties in the league right now. True playmakers!

Sad but true.

Roy is a shadow of his former self.

I see a slow, and semi scared Roy now. Very sad... We are all pulling for you Roy. Except the haters on this board that kiss up to Ed Reed, and that long haired idiot.

He's playing within the style of defense that has been drummed into his head "Don't make a MISTAKE"

And our genius braintrust also has him playing to his weakest points because 3 years, and we still haven't found a decent FS to play along side of him. So essentially, we suffer at both positions because of it.

Brilliant.

Can't agree with you more. Our whole D plays like that on long drives, especially down on the goal line.

It's the 1970's style of defense.

Today, successful defenses are offensive...

It's not enough to look good in "yardage against" stats...Ya gotta create turnovers...ya gotta make momentum changing plays...The irony is, that's one of the things the 3-4 should bring to the table.
