Mostly based off of CBS rankings and Crawford playing the 1-tech:
Round 1 (16): DE Kony Ealy
Round 2 (47): DE Scott Crichton
Round 3 (78): OG Brandon Thomas
Round 4 (119): DT Caraun Reid
Round 5 (158): WR Kevin Norwood
Round 7 (229): DE Aaron Lynch
Round 7 (231): ILB Max Bullough
Round 7 (238): FS Alden Darby
Round 7 (248): OG Spencer Long
Round 7 (251): DT Eathyn Manumaleuna
Round 7 (254): OC Gabe Ikard

Man I'd be really happy if we got Aaron Lynch in the 7th

Too many DEs...as much as it pains me to say that. It doesn't make any sense to draft three guys at the same position, it kind of has the feel of throwing a lot of crap against the wall and hoping some of it sticks.

I like all the players, I just think you could do more with this draft.

Don't love Ealy, but you can't argue that bringing in Ealy, Crichton, Reid and Lynch wouldn't be an insane shot in the arm for the DL. Also really like Thomas in the 3rd and Norwood in the 5th is fine too. I'd be pretty pumped if this was our draft.

I honestly don't think we can ever have enough players in the trenches that can actually produce. Lynch is my throw something against the wall and hope it sticks pick because of his upside. I only wasted a 7th on the crapshot though which makes it low risk/high reward prop. Give me your alternates.

We need at least 2 starting caliber DEs and a starting caliber DT and a starting caliber OG/RT. Those should be the first 4 picks. I'm fine with the OP's first 4 picks.

Even if they are good picks, the chance that a rook comes in ready to start and carry the load the entire season is slim...and chances of getting multiple guys who can do that at the same position are miniscule.

I don't mean they need to start this season. I just mean they have to have potential to become starting caliber players within a year or two (i.e. they need to be high picks). We can draft 5 DEs in the 7th round and it would mean nothing if we didn't draft 2 in the first 4 rounds.

not big on Ealy, but I like the rest of your draft...if you keep the rest of it draft, maybe, Mosley with your first pick or if I am being giddy, Barr (I would prefer him), then this draft would be a big winner....I remember Lynch when Notre Dame recruited him, he was a stud...so, I wouldn't mind seeing him on Dallas with a late pick...I see him going much earlier (5th/6th), but you never know
