I never watch MNF since espn

took over unless Dallas is playing. And then I am usually in a bar so its easy to avoid the Hank Williams Jr intro.

Is the intro always that over the top? It looks like they allowed some junior-high kids to conceive and design it.

If I didn't hate espn so much I'd almost feel embarrassed for them for that contrived mess.

Uh Monday Night Football has always...ALWAYS been over the top. From the pre intro skits (I always think of the T.O./Desperate Housewives skit), the primetime "feel" of football and well the HW JR intro is just part of the show...

All the intro looks now is spiced up for 2009.

Weak. I see where he's coming from. I can't stand Hank Williams, Jr. ESPN has it going in the right direction with the serious tone at the beginning, but then they roll right into the Hank nonsense.

I've NEVER liked Hank on MNF.

I'm listening to Matt Millen evaluate the talent on Defense, basically downplaying saying it's 3 guys, which is good and bad...but then I remembered how good he was at evaluating talent professionally as a GM of the worst team in the history of the NFL - the same team that beat the Washington Commanders yesterday (I will never get tired of that.)

i can't believe what i'm hearing from these goons on ESPN. i've never heard so much negativity from people. do they watch the games? Steve Young just said are we trying to win 20-17 every week? Yo Steve we just scored 31 against the great Giants and had 4 TO's. Our D played really well tonight IMO. They had one drive when it counted where they moved the ball and thats it. Matt Millen is a good also. I can't believe these guys actually are football people.

He didn't even know Felix's name. He was like 'there best player tonight was what's his name the running back'. What a joke. Go back and orchestrate another winless season your credibility means nothing at this point.
