It wasn't his fault or at least not his alone. It was a team loss.

i must have been watching a different game then

i saw the defense give up back to back long td runs that seemed to seal the win for the ravens

And guess what... The defense, both times, had the right plays called.. That has nothing to do with coaching as far as it concerns Wade...

They couldn;t make a tackle, because the offense kept them on the field too long with the crappy play-alling...

Agreed...Wade did not hire people like B Stewart to run his D (then later to switch that out)...he didn't hire Bruce Read to run special teams which has been solid for 2 seasons now...he runs a very, very tight ship where discipline equals a mere 10 penalities per game...he makes certain that training camps are low impact so we don't have injuries like this year...HE HAS DONE A STELLAR JOB!!! No blame for Wade...:banghead:

They averages those a similar amount of penalties with Bill Parcells...

No, Tony Romo running up hurry up offense did, when Tony Romo was calling stuff on the fly...

That defense gave up those runs, because it was flat-out tired...

If you notice, Wade expected run both times and called the right plays... His defense couldn't make the tackles, because they were tired, which was all on the offense...

Granted they were tired but if they want to be known as a championship defense, like they've all chirped that they would, tired or not you don't allow those plays with the game on the line.

Period.

That said the offense didn't do anything to help them out for 3 quarters. But in crunch time, when they needed to make plays, Tony Romo and his offense did just that.

Well, I'm sure Wade was smart enough to know the Ravens were gonna run the ball and told his defense to focus on stopping the run.

They just completely blew it on consecutive drives. Ultimately, he'll have to take responsibility...head coach/defensive play caller, whatever...but the problem isn't actually him.

He's not the best defensive mind in football, but he's well above average. This unit just isn't that good...and that should've been established back when Parcells was still the coach. For whatever reason, Parcells chose a bunch of penalty prone players (on both sides of the ball) and there's just something wrong with the very foundation of the team.
