Comments by "experts" and part of the reason why they are picking Philly to win is because of Romo turning over the ball and this being a Big game. But everybody forgets that Vick hasn't exactly played Turnover free this season, yet the focus is on whether or not Romo will make mistakes and cost his team the game.

don't have to be a genius to get a gig on some sports network to be an expert

It's how it always is. Every Romo INT is "game losing" while everyone else's INTs are just part of the game.

Vick has 8 Romo has 6. Hmmm...

Romo's mistakes get highlighted and with Vick he gets less blame and the Blame gets put on Reid/The Defense more than it does with Vick when it comes to the Media

Does a person have to murder dogs to get any sort of respect in the NFL nowadays?

Is that how far we have come?

I am clearly upset.

I believe Michael Vick has at least one turnover in every single game he has played this year, and in some of those games, the turnovers proved to be the difference between the Eagles winning and losing.

I believe Romo deserves his share of criticism, but at least he's had two games this season in which he did not commit a turnover.

I will say that Romo has to play as closely to "perfect" as possible against this team because they can score a ton of points.

It would really be nice if the RBs can effectively (and consistently) move the ball to take pressure away from Romo so he will not have to pass as much, thus reducing his chances of committing a turnover.

I'm watching Hugh Douglas and a couple other guys disussing our game. One question they went into detail on is who they favor Romo or Vic. Hugh and the other guy both go with Vic and both start explaining why.......

Invaribly the discussion leads to the supporting cast and how much better Romo's defense has been......

Then two secs later Hugh picks the eagles and his buddy picks Dallas. Hugh was shocked he picked Dallas and I wanted his partner to ask Hugh how he could go off on how Romo's benefitted so much from this far superior defense, yet that wont matter in the game.......

It might be a big game now but it won't be if Dallas wins.

I tend to agree with this. The critics who say Romo "doesn't win the big games" have yet to give their definition of a "big game."

Of course, we all know that playoff games are "big," but how does one define a "big game" during the regular season? It's all subjective and agenda-driven by the media.

Haven't you heard? Vic's turnovers don't count since all of them were either tipped passes, dropped passes or occured on passes thrown while he was under heavy pressure or even hit. Can you believe the league allows him to get hit? How dare they? They should protect him like they do Tony. Tony must have gotten those cracked ribs falling down in the shower since Vic is the only QB who gets hit.

Apparently the eagles receivers can't ketch, it's OL can't block and it's defense can't tackle.........

But many still favor Vic by 3.5 because apparently he's going to beat us on his own.

I'm a bit surprised how almost every 'expert' has us losing. It's not an exagerration either...just about every one of them has us losing. ESPN, only Merril Hoge has us winning.

I think it puzzles me from a statistics perspective when the Cowboys stats are...for the most part, much better.

It's Big if Romo loses. If he wins on SUnday it will be "The Eagles are 2-5 and not really a good team."

This is why Vegas makes money my friend - because the same dumb people who think this way are as dumb enough to bet this way too.

ANd if you do something for years it aint no mistake; its a pattern of behavior.
