I predict that Terry Glenn will make up for that crazy safety that he gave up last year against Seattle.

You know, that is one play that often gets overlooked.

What a fluke play. Absolute fluke. We get a safety, and they gain momentum and torch us in our Cover2 on the next response.

If that play doesnt happen, we win. From that fluke, to Witten's first down reversal, to Romo's botched hold, it just wasnt our day.

You are right!

I fear that Terry is not on the same page with the offense so far removed. See first pass thrown at him. First shot and he's out of game.

I sure hope TO is ready to play and Glenn can be #3.

I agree with you, but that game was pretty meaningless. Playoffs are playoffs.

Yep. Was thinking of the damn play today and that play ticks me off a lot more than the Romo botched snap. What's amazing is that he doesn't fumble the ball so the Seahawks get the ball back and score a TD. Instead it somehow goes into the endzone so the Seahawks get a Safety and then the ball back, so it was a 9 point swing instead of a 7 points.

Argh. :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2:

He played a little more than that first thrown to him. He did later draw a PI call on a pass his way.

I would not be surprised to see Glenn come up with a big play down field even in a limited role. One thing about this game if Dallas can protect Romo the Giants secondary can be torched

I don't think Terry Glenn will be too big of a factor Sunday.

I think the biggest positive is that the Giants have to gameplan against him as he is an enigma, but an enigma that can bite you if you are not careful.

The guy has not played in a meaningful game since this time last year.

I don't expect him to be dominate in the game but I do think he is still capable of coming up with a big play here or there. In the playoffs I'm not concerned with overall stats just points and I have a feeling Glenn will get behind that secondary a time or 2 and come up with a big play

I certainly wouldn't be suprised if that happened.

All he has to do is catch one ball for 20+ yds and the giants have to worry about him for every play he is in.

First play T Glenn is in the game I would call this play.

Fake slant, Romo look at him all the way pump fake and go deep.

That would work so well it would not be funny!

Either that or have TO limp out of the huddle and let him take his man deep for a TD to show NY that TO is ready to play.

Hopefully TG atleast has his straightline speed, which would serve to stretch the giants D and be quite useful in allowing Witten, Crayton and TO to work the middle of the field and Barber underneath.
Guess we'll all be holding our breaths to see what TG has to go with
I do think if you see us come out one series in the game with a 4 wide look then that would say a lot about Garrett's confidence in TGs ability to really add something too our offense, as he would be a primary look in one of the plays most likely with Garrett wanthing to set something up later in the game.
