Drink milk that has the lactose removed. It's what I had to do about 7 years ago. I can't tell a taste difference at all.

I do use the lactose free milk for coffee but even most cereals have milk solids in them.it's really a pain to make sure you are eating milk free products.

Gotcha. I guess I'm lucky for being lactose intolerant. I only have problems when I drink milk products or eat ice cream. I don't seem to have a problem with any thing else.

What's the secret to not ripping the roof of one's mouth to shreds whilst consuming Crunch Berries?

Lucky Charms is where it's at. Only problem is, it takes too long to pick out all those crappy oats!!

Anyone remember Quisp?

I think you should heed the advice of your better half on this one. Of all the cereals to choose from, you choose that. I liked cereals like Capn Crunch until I hit puberty. I tried the stuff again about 25 years later when I introduced it to my Japanese wife. She thought that cereal was awful and disgusting. I agreed with her.

While you were eating the Capn Crunch you should have asked her to make you a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch too. Twenty and thirty-something people in my office still bring that to lunch. One 33 year old guy has PBJ almost every day for lunch. I haven't had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich since I was maybe 12 or thirteen.

My wife is a nutritionist from Japan. She is shocked and appalled at what Americans eat and the meals mothers prepare for their children here.

i'm 50 and i slap out a quick pbj all the time when hungry.

Currently intermittent fasting so no breakfast.

Normally Eggs for breakfast.

Favorite breakfast is Pancakes or Waffles with sausage or bacon.

That sounds a lot like my favorite dinner.

Not a cereal or a breakfast person but I try to make a smoothie everyday with the same greens but different fruit.

But Oops All Berries are sooo much better than Crunch Berries and you can never go wrong with CTC (Cinnamon Toast Crunch for short).

Captain Crunch for me is the equivalent of a steak for dinner. I absolutely love it .
I have a big Jethro Bodine cereal bowl that takes at least a quarter of the box to fill. I love the way the crunchiness tears the roof of my mouth to shreds.
