Antonio Bryant (questionable, knee) practiced on a limited basis for the third consecutive day Friday.

The local beat believes Bryant will start against the Saints. Our shady injury report detector agrees. However, the Bucs could use a rotation at Bryant's position, which would be downer for Bryant. We'd take the chance, but he's a boom-or-bust WR3.

I am always amazed at how this slight talent keeps getting chances and some people here still seem interested.

His career can best be summed up by....

Down 37-0 against the Eagles. Bryant catches a long pass from Carter, very athletic catch. Touchdown Antonio Bryant, then he jumps up and down in everyones face and acted like he won the Super Bowl. Down 37-7.

Was a monster coming out of college, but he will never 'get it'.

He was NOT a monster out of college. He was very good but that is all.

He won the Biletnikoff as a sophmore, only other person to do that was Randy Moss. I'd say he did pretty well in college.

Talent wise ... he's very good. He actually HAD the potential to be dominant.

Mentally ... he's an idiot. Like a previous poster he will never "get it." That's why at this point in his career, he is what he is ... a decent player who pissed away his chance to be great.

Many thought we stole him in the draft and that he would be a big star with the Cowboys. Talent starved at WR, he was going to be the new "Michael Irvin" and help turn our team around. We all know how that story ended but he will forever be linked to the Cowboys in this forum.

He hasn't got in any trouble since his Lambo incident right? Good luck to him, always liked the kids talent. I hope he does well! He could be a sleeper in fantasy.

In college he was the best WR playing, his head just isn't screwed on tight enough to ever reach the dominant stage...
