I Still think we made the right move regarding Ware

Once again DeMarcus Ware disappeared in December and January. Not a single sack since November.

If he had agreed to a pay cut, his position on this team would have made a lot more sense, and the amount of snaps he played here would have been a good match for him as well. He could have helped us.

I called it early that Ware would have to be released, but I would have liked for him to have taken that pay cut. If Manning retires, Ware will always regret this decision.

This was not even close to a hard decision. A guy who was at the end of his career, pretty much never made any big plays to save his life. Disappeared so easily in games, especially late.

One of the most if not the biggest overrated Cowboys ever.Never liked him.

Loved watching him and Manning fail together yesterday. He fits right in wit failing. He's used to it.

Agree with the Ware release, and sorry he did not get a chance to go to the Big Show. Hoping D Lawrence has a great TC and shows us his full potential next season------saw glimpses these past 2 games, but needs to become an eveydown player.

Old players normally disappear after November due to the true physical nature of the sport. Most players are hurt t some extent, and I am sure Ware's neck issues become a problem playing in cold weather over the last 2 months of the season. I am glad Jerry let Ware and Hatcher walk. They were good people, but not worth the money they wanted.

I agree. The Defensive mentality/leadership allowed for players like Ro to take claim. He did a great job of creating a successful "us vs. the world" mentality on D to compensate for the lack of talent/speed. Didn't see the team helping up QBs after hits this season
