I think it's high time jerry look at reality

and tell parcells he is moving on to bigger and better things...20 million dollars later and what did parcells bring him? a 34-32 record but worse off...better talent was brought in and parcells didnt take advantage of it...instead of setting some of the guys loose in their strengths he played to their weaknesses...roy should have been closer to the line...bradie should never have been in coverage....akin should have been blitzing more or plays should have been designed to start him closer to the line...what about stunting him and ware with an overload to one side? i mean use your imagination...this isnt 1986...and you dont have three probowl linebackers out there bill..

What about using canty better ,,you heard what was reported recently right?....you sometimes have to use your players to fit their mold rather than using your players to fit A MOLD....A MOLD FROM PRETTY much 1986...thats a different time with different linemen...different players...different schemes....players got down on the scheme....the vanillaness of it all and pretty much quit IMO...and jerry needs to see that..

On Offense...if I had TO I would have moved him all over the field...i would have run end arounds...put him in the slot...run slants from there...it would have been the TO show out there...I would have run that horse until he was tired...then everything else would have opened up even more...only an over the hill non-thinking, arrogant old timer would have done what we did with all those weapons...again same thing on offense that they did on defense..playing not to lose...that stupid 3 point lead with 5 mins to go thing...look where it got us in seattle...? not because of freak plays but could it have been because of the mentality that the players took on due to the bill mentality? if you are playing free you open things up, the players play like that....wild and free...thats what football is about...blow the teams out rather than play ultra conservative...when you play ultra conservative if something goes wrong you are done...isnt that what has happened the last 4 years? and the end of the year collapses should show jerry that this guy just doesnt have it anymore....

look at our schedule...

how many games could we have blown teams out if we would have taken advantage of their weaknesses rather than wanting to follow the stupid gameplan ultra conservative design that parcells adhere's to no matter what?

and why wouldnt we go to the nickel when they spread us out with 3 or 4 receivers? that is the stupidest most arrogant thing i have ever heard of? thats the only reason over the hill bill does that...ARROGANCE! and thats the reason we only went 9-7...thats the reason not to take advantage of TO...thats the reason we played not to lose...one word...arrogance! over the hill bill is not going to change jerry so its time you change your stance...get rid of this guy and let's move on....i hope he retires...

well we dont know for sure who he has in mind....wade phillips would fix the D though...if he brought in a serious OC and let him go, which I think jerry would want him to do that, then we would be in business...just need someone to play to our strengths on both sides of the ball and I think we can get it done...obviously after replacing rivera, the FS, and getting one of two more passrushers which is feasible....you see thats why OTH bill cant leave,,he knows there is talent here...or he would been gone...

I would like to have him as a D Cord. but I don't know if I'm buyin' HC. I think Bill's stayin' for the $$$$$$$ and nothing else, I think that's the only reason he came here, to recoup what he lost from the devoirce.
