NO other QB has ever lost 4 NFC championship games. Of course the epic upchuck with the SB on the line should have been one of the all time pictures if the sports media were willing to dump on him like they would any other QB who had lost so many big games.

All we have to do is keep the pressure on McBarf and he will throw a pic or put one in the dirt when it counts. Steady pressure in the end always makes him crap his pants.

If the Cowboys play the way they've been playing lately, I wouldn't even call it a choke. I'd call it losing to a better team - the NFC East Champion Dallas Cowboys.

Did anyone hear the McNabb quote on ESPN about how the Eagles can't get all caught up with the new stadium? It's already in their heads and they haven't even seen it yet.:laugh1: I'm sure he was responding to a question, but he didn't say 'we don't care about any stadium.' I forget his exact quote, but it implied that such a thing can be an issue.

I second that.

I heard that, saying that the team can't get caught up in the hoopla of the new stadium and prepare for this game like last week.

I don't ever see it that way, but I sure hope you're right.

I almost see it the opposite...how many NFC QBs have been good enough to lead their team to the NFC Championship game 4 times? You can't lose the very biggest games unless you have won many more "big" games than almost anyone else. He has done that.

Still, I see a Cowboy win and I hope McNabb has a terrible game.

You do know, DFW, that the birds were FAVORED in all 4 of those championship games and that THREE of them were at home. I call that choking.

A LOT of cowboy fans claim Danny White choked in those three straight NFC championship losses. So why cannot we say that McBarf choked in his FOUR?

This defense has got to sack McNabb not just pressure him. McNabb is awesome at breaking through weak sack attempts and getting the ball to a down field receiver.

In the past, when Dallas was able to get him to the ground several times, the Eagles offense became non-existent.

Obviously that goes for pretty much every team but McNabb is one of the best when he breaks free and gets out of the pocket and starts looking down field.

Could it be possible that the only reason the Eagles signed Vick was to give McNabb a breather in the playoffs. I mean it had to be a little embarassing for the organization when this guy decided to blow chunky chicken in the Superbowl. In comes Vick to run the wildcat, haha.:laugh2:

Sure, he's fair game....who am I to get in the way of the fun.

Really, I hope the guy gags his small intestines onto the field---you know, his teamamtes and even some fans throwing up with him in the process. :laugh1:

I was just making a general point that you have to win some really bigs ones to get all the way the title game 4 times.

I remember in the Super Bowl when the Eagles were behind...not only did he upchuck but he was super slow getting in and out of the huddle...when they needed to be running a semi-no-huddle.

This year McPuke has been good in the first half but then he tightens up in the second half. They almost let the Broncos come back and win this last Sunday.

I've seen a lot of guys get queasy before a game, but McPuke seems to get queasier as the game goes along...and reaches its conclusion. He's a good player and I do respect him. But I won't complain if he hurls on Jerry's carpet.
