Their superbowl. Even though like I said you can't win by not having 5 of your top 9 impact players some of them don't play up to their talent level due to them feeling that since they have already won their superbowl-The big contract. If we win we win but they won't put everything on the line. This list would include. Flozell gurode hamlin henry james l davis roy until injured I think romo shd be added to this list because I think his ceiling is higher and he is not sold out like aikman was. You see for irvin emmitt and troy THEY HAD TO WIN YOU COULD SEE IT IN THEIR EYES THEY WERE HUNGRY. WHEN I LOOK IN THESE GUYS EYES THEY DON'T LOOK HUNGRY THEY LOOK LIKE THEY ARE ALREADY FULL!

i never get the analogy of sports and food...cuz after a game of football im DEAD tired...but after a full plate of ribbs and hamburgers and brats...all it takes is a burp or a fart or a trip 9 route to the bathroom and im ready for more...

Jason Witten made a comment last week that was odd. Something like, "We no know that we aren't going to beat anybody by just walking on the field" or something like that.

They definately believed their own hype.

You can tell during the game today that the Cowboys totally quick on their Head Coach.

There is no question about it.

Like Collin Cowherd has been saying, the Cowboys are like a great steak restaurant but with bad waiter service. They have great steak but have bad service.

Today, Michael Strahan stated that the Cowboys are like the big bully that gets hit in the mouth and doesn't fight back.

Watching these guys the past month is like a Mike Tyson handler watching the Buster Douglas fight:bang2:

Strahan also said the defense looked "disorganized" and I think that's the perfect word to describe the defense.

Seriously, did they look any different today than they did during pre-season? For the most part I'd say they looked about the same.

I thought they looked pretty disorganized last year too, but why did we go 13-3? Quite simple...

1) We played against washed up QBs like Miami's Trent Green.

2) Rex Grossman was on his last straw in Chicago.

3) We played against BAD QBs like the ones in Minny, the Jets, Skins 1, and Carolina.

4) 2 of our wins we needed miracles against lowly Buffalo and Detroit.

5) The Giants were still getting their feet wet with Spagnuola's schemes in wk1.

6) GB came out with a HORRIBLE game plan UNTIL Favre went down...this was when they called WCO plays like they SHOULD have when Rodgers was under center.

7) The Giants receivers and RBs were injured in the 2nd matchup, but they were healthy in the playoffs when they made critical plays.

Nonetheless, in each of those games, I saw alot of poor tackling et al by our D-but like I said...we were 13-3, and ALL is GOOD when you WIN.

I was think this during the offeseason when JJ as passing out contracts to everyone. Think of all the times you see players blowing up in a contract year.

Brady James over payed

Roy Williams ss (sorry his pay does not equal his impact)

Henry (cb) Overpayed

Hamlin is overpaid this year for his production has dropped way off this year

Marion Barber over payed for a guy fumbling 3 of the last 4 games and being part of the Turn Over problem
