Agree for the most part but no way in hell am I scared of the Detroit Lions. They’re scrappy but we win that game for sure.

Before you kill me hear me out. SF is not losing to the Cardinals. No way. Philly could lose to the Giants but with the week off on the line I think they will win. More to play for. The Dallas defense looks toasted right now. Parsons running around with a club hand. Armstrong hurt. Lawrence in July form. DTs are non existent. Safeties are banged up. It’s not good and the production slippage really shows. I know the path is best at home. I do. That said Dallas is notoriously weak at home. Look at SF last year. I still think Dallas can beat Washington without some key guys but I would rest them all anyway. Dak plays for a half. I would do the same for Lamb and Pollard and Gallup. I would sit out much of the defensive starters. This team needs to be geared up and healthy and that defense needs no excuses. I like the Tampa matchup as much as Seattle. I don’t like a potential Detroit matchup. Rodgers owns us so pass on GB. I can’t see SF losing. So it’s the 5. Let’s rest our guys and be ready to go in Tampa. Press the roster and maybe we are the 2. Banged up and facing the hungry Lions. No way.

Thoughts?
That's good as thats our most likely position

I disagree. Strong arm QB. Good OL. Can run the ball. D has improved. Campbell will have them foaming at the mouth. I think that’s a tough game.

If Philly slips up I would hate not to capitalize on it because we choose to rest players.
they for sure will have special employee watching multi-games at the same time back reporting in real time all games and when its time to go all out or retereat.LOL

IE the sheagals gets up 17-3 early i might just start systematically pulling starters,

Well I don’t think anyone has called Goff a strong arm guy lol he’s accurate when given time and throws a pretty ball, but he’s an average talent. When it comes to the playoffs, he’s probably the second worse QB in unless you feel like Purdy has overachieved.

It won’t be easy, but it’s one of the teams we are clearly better than. No excuse in that game. I’d rather play them than Brady or Rodgers easily.

It's real simple for me....the Giants are not beating Philly....especially with the Giants having NOTHING to play for...and we are wasting our best chance to make a big run by suiting up anybody that is critical to us making a serious run at this thing.

That is true, however McCarthy has to get this team mentally ready to play a game to win. If he sees Philly with a big lead late in the game he may pull starters but I'm sure his focus with the team is we need to go out and win this game.

Don't even think about it.

It's about momentum. We need to win and going into Playoffs on a streak. Let seeding fall where they may. I like us to have home games. Much better chance against 49ers and Phili at home than on the road.

well after that titans game where we saw like 5 important players limp off the field, Martin, dak, TB, williams, and whomever else im missing, you have to keep an eye on philly and pull them as quick as possible;.. cannot go into the payoff game with those dudes hurt and add a fragile peters and 77 on a limited OL, need to rest.. as well as 5 defnders ..

It’s a tough one I know but I don’t see beating Philadelphia in Philly as impossible. None of these NFC teams are juggernauts.
Welp, if we are gonna get to the big game we are going to have to beat the better teams…..which we are finally doing this season (plus the division isn’t a pushover any longer)….AND the conference is as weak as it’s ever been….but three road games in a row is a tough task.
