and one of two things happen.

1. Jerry hires his buddy Mike Holgrem to take over and maybe Brian Stewart gets another shot to run the defense on his own.

or...

2. Jerry hires Brian Billick HC and Mike Nolan DC (who are rumored to want to coach together again). Maybe this will help JJ sign Ray Lewis.

I'm not sure what I would rather have, but I want Wade gone, Jason Garrett gone, T.O. gone and I don't know what else.

Your off your rocker, Billick would be just as bad as Wade if not worse, especially with Mike Nolan. Holmgren I can take, but if Jerry fires Wade I think he pulls out the checkbook and asks Cowher what it takes to get him back on a sideline. Even at $10 mil a year hes worth every penny. Also, please fire Garrett with him

Jerry has to give Mike Holmgren full control of the team. And will Jerry do that?? Hell no because of Jerrys damn ego. Because Jerry wants all the credit. Jerry is a terrible GM. I swear this team has bad karma because of Jerry. The same guy who fired Landry. Same guy who fired Jimmy Johnson for no reason.

Yes, I have a feeling Wade Phillips coached himself out of a job today.

Im telling you, the fact that Jerry Jones has to put on a happy face and host this Texas Stadium Party is probably going to play a huge role in this as well.

Not to mention this probably will be more remembered for those two huge back to back runs for TDs as oppose to this being the last regular season game at Texas Stadium.

Cowher would probably be interested and, frankly, I'm not opposed to it any more. I haven't been on the "fire the coaching staff" bandwagon for a second this year, but I'm starting to wonder if ANYONE will ever get in the faces of people who constantly whiff on tackles. Cowher would have ripped Hamlin's heart out of his chest with his bare hands.

Wade just shakes his head like some idiot. The whole season, he just never gets mad. I don't get it.

Seriously.... i laughed in relief after that 2nd 70+ yard TD...

I *THINK* it's the straw that broke the camels back in regard to Jerruh's infatuation with puppet Jason & puppet Wade.

Jerruh wiill get a new fling and he has a few serious lookers (cowher, the walrus, belick among others all SB winners)

also lets get real... we're not a playoff team with this staff. the L (as brutal as it was) is no surprise and totally expected (search you'll see i predicted W vs NYG & letdown L vs Ravens)

lets hope jerruh's brain glitches out, allowing him to make a GOOD FOOTBALL decision and bring in a real coach and entire new staff.

I think this is what Cowher has been waiting for, the implosion of Wade.

I'm kidding of course.

holmgren and the west coast offense? no

I wouldnt discount Holmgren.

Jones really likes him and Holmgren really likes Jones. Just as the biggest reason he hired Wade before last season was to fix the defense, his next hire has to be someone that can fix Romo and make him committ to doing all the little things necessary to be a championship player. Romo has not taken a step forward this yr, he regressed and alot of it IMO has to do with preparation. He looked hopeless for alot of tonights game and got totally outplayed by a rookie QB from Delaware in a huge game.

We need someone who wont tolerate bonheaded errors, stupid penalties and missed tackles. Someone who can come in aget this team to do the fundamental things again.

Unless we beat Philly and win at least one playoff game then Wade may be gone.

I don't want him fired, but that may be the reality of the situation.

Holmgren would be a good hire if that happens.

As for Billick as HC, HELL NO.

Remember, Jerry is all about image, and he's going to want to open the new Nike/ATT/Taco Bell Stadium with as much publicity as he can. So he's going to want a big name, a "super" name, and I think Mike Holgrem is the man.
But I hope it's Cowher.

So would TO, Roy, and Austin.
I'd have to say, the idea of Holmgren is enticing.

Bring in Capers to run the D and away we go....
