I think we're making a mistake moving Bland

If this is the actual plan, I say we leave him where he's excelled at. Let Izzy or someone else man that position, and let Bland stay where he's at. Please give your thoughts

Just like the OL it's about getting the best players on the field. Moving bland allows Lewis to go inside vs bringing Iggy or wright or Scott outside. Your best 3 are galimore, bland, Lewis but Lewis can't play much outside. So this is what you do and hope the rest full in when needed. But exposing those other 3 too much will hurt the defense.

If this was a few years ago, I'd panic. I trust Dan Quinn to adjust to this hurdle. He's good at it, after all
This is one thing we can credit Mike McCarthy and Dan Quinn. I think a lot of us still remember the Jason Garrett era all too well where injuries meant we were fighting a losing battle. McCarthy/Quinn have been next man up and that next person has typically filled their role admirably.

I don't worry about Bland until we face some tall receivers. We know he's only like 5'10" so there is danger of him getting "Moss'd" against big receivers. Until that time comes I trust him on just about anybody except guys who run sub 4.3 and there aint that many o them. But Diggs isn't some 4.3 burner either. Bland will have to rely on his technique to stay with guys who are faster than he is. But DBs have been doing that for 50 years.. I think he'll figure it out.

He's listed as six feet tall and has long arms. He'll be fine in the height department. I think you might be mistaking him for Lewis, who is only about 5'10''.

No I know he is LISTED as 6 feet tall but having seen him alongside Diggs and Gilmore I question the accuracy of that. He looks a lot more than two inches shorter to my eye. I know J-Lew is only 5'9" which is why he is best in the slot.
