I was surprised to see him just turn and head for the locker room after the final whistle. I've always noticed how Manning goes out and congrats the winner or loser every time. I've only noticed Brady do it when he wins. Tonight, told me alot about him. You could see Manning looking around for him at midfield. I expected more.

Whenever the Pats lose Brady punks out.

He actually thinks he as good as Joe Montana, to me its simply not even close.

Never thought he was a class guy. Maybe he can't shake the chip on his shoulder for not getting drafted higher, but you would think 3 SBs and 2 SB MVPs later he would. Every game I see him in he is down in the mouth when losing, and the first player to a ref on every, every freakin' call against his team. Even when it's the defense on the field. He's always seemed like a sore loser and a tit-bag. Pardon the expression. The game couldn't have ended better for me. I wonder if his interception will get all the replays now. He could have been the hero but he was not Joe Cool tonight.

I bet he talks to Manning later...there was so much crap going on, does he need to show fans that he's a good sport?

But I am sure someone will tell us all how it was okay when people from our team do it. I want guys on the team that are pissed off and disgusted when they lose, not cavorting at midfield with the enemy. Class is highly overrated, this is football not international diplomacy.

Well you can be classy to a certain level. Without looking like fairy.

I'm sure Brady was just disappointed and disgusted at himself for throwing that INT. If this would have been a normal regular season game and he acted like that then I might start thinking he has no class, but this was the AFC Championship game. I can understand how a guy wouldn't want to go out to midfield and congratulate the team that just beat him, even more so after having a big lead like that. Atleast he didn't pull a Randy Moss/LeBron James and walk off before the game was over. Reggie Bush's actions were more classless than not walking to midfield IMO.

Sidequestion: Didn't Marvin Harrison do that earlier this year too... walking off the field I mean?

I remember hearing Peyton a couple years ago in an interview where he got asked about talking to media and other players after the game. He said after a win he would be happy to talk to anyone but after a loss he would rather just walk away and not speak to anybody at all.

I personally don't think there is anything wrong with being upset about a loss and walking off the field

I don't know what everyone expected him to do, though - seriously. After you lose, you make your way to midfield, shake with the opposing team's corresponding position (ie Brady talks to Manning, Bellichick to Dungy) and go to the locker room. The only way people stay out longer is if they have friends on the other team, or are giving an interview.
