I thought Micah saved the game with that sack

3 and 18, unbelievable. guy deserves better. i sure hope his efforts are better rewarded moving forward, because passion can turn to apathy very quickly
Parsons is great and is just a rookie that did not even play last year. This is just a warm up season for him. He is gonna kick but

He is not a good person but a damn fine player. He doesn't "deserve" anything, he should be glad he was drafted by the Cowboys. He a rookie so stop worrying about how he feel. Grant, he doing more than Dak has ever done. Unfortunately for him and us, his QB is Dak Bortle.

:eek::eek: Dak Bortles.....you gotta be trolling.

I actually thought he was going to win the game with that sack.

What I'd really be curious is if the coaches break down the game film and see how many times he was actually held.

I didn't get to watch the whole game but was able to watch the last quarter. Seemed at times that Oakland was putting two linemen on him at times doing a decent job of QB protection, but when you have two guys on one, that should free up some other guys on the defense.

Parsons admitted he was a kid and he made a mistake, and he will learn from it. What other issues with his character are there?

In the grand scheme of things, should have the defendant have had water poured on him? Probably not. However, if you don't like how you're being treated, report it and don't escalate the situation yourself after the initial incident (having water poured on you) which leads to a fight and the defendant pulling out a knife. From what I also read, Parsons also wasn't the one listed in the lawsuit, but it was Damion Barbor and James Franklin.

Did Parson's make a mistake? Yes he did. However, everything I've seen and read from Parson's has given me the impression that he will not let a stupid incident define him as a person. Actions speak louder than words. Are there any other incidents the press is overlooking that makes Mr. Parsons a bad man?

Heck, I wasn't even a real nice person when I was 18, but I'd like to think I have learned from my mistakes as well.

Great retort, I agree with everything you said.

I'm certainly not the man I was at 18, and glad I'm not judged by my actions of my youth.

We had Ware, Newman, Romo, & Witten in their prime and accomplished nothing meaningful. What's changed that will truly benefit #11?
Haha. You are so right when all the Romo Boys come out. I was totally against paying Dak. But Dak is functionally equivalent to Romo. The problem is crappy coaching and front office. 26 years and counting.

This "Micah isn't a nice person" crap needs to stop. In high school he did the right thing by standing up after racist comments were made.

Tweeting the Dwayne Haskins should start bit during college recruiting was very immature.

Hazing is extremely immature but unfortunately the seriousness nature of it is lost on young, testosterone driven males. Interestingly enough when that incident turned into a real thing Micah's name wasn't even listed as a defendant.

Done
