I could be wrong but the way I read the Prescott deal, the four years doesn’t begin until next year, and it includes two additional void years of some serious dead money.

Not meant to be an indictment of Prescott, but it seems to be clear that his contract prohibits adding the surrounding cast that he needs. That’s a problem.

Add in an unqualified front office who will only hire coaches with inferior schemes…I don’t see a whole lot of hope anytime soon.

They had two weeks to prep against a flailing 49er team. The defense was solid in the first half and wilted as the game went on because Dak couldn't get the offense moving enough to gain a first down or stop turning the ball over.

But 2 weeks to prepare and that's what they come up with? MM is quiet quitting, and no matter where you stand on Dak, he's very clearly been a part of the problem, and you can't be the highest paid qb in the league and be part of the problem.
