I thought this sobering statistic summed up this season pretty well

Per Bobby Belt of NFL Network (who also use to do great Cowboys podcast) , since 1990 163 teams have had a +100 point differential, the 2019 Cowboys are the only team to not finish with a winning record. 1 out of 163, wow.
Jason Garrett has so many of these once in a lifetime records. I can't remember all the other ones, but we've been through quite a few.

Stats lie. We ran up that differential against weak teams that we dismantled. We lost games against teams that either exposed our defense or limited our offense. That point differential means nothing because most of our losses were in 1 score games. Some experts predicted failure this year because we were crazy out of the norm in winning close games last year, and history indicated that teams generally come back to the norm in those close games the next year. You can still blame coaching, defensive garbage and awful playcalling at crunch time, but we played a lot of 1 score games and lost many more than last year, rendering that stat interesting, but meaningless really.

Cowboys only had 2 wins against winning teams this year and both of those teams were barely winning teams (9-7 records).

Their record against 2020 playoff teams is 1-7.

That is who Jason Garrett is.

yep, he sure is a great HC

I was thinking of another stat. But it has to do with the Cowboys full history. I think the Cowboys have to be the team with the most playoff losses going in to the game as the favorite. Garrett has one of them.

Jerry most likely don't know this and we all know he doesn't care.

He's at Delmonico's eating a $200.00 steak thinking of what lies he wants to tell.

Jason Garrett's cowboys set lots of weird records of futility. Jerry should be ashamed but he doesn't really seem to care. Jason doesn't seem to care either.
Who needs those stupid analit- anaylit. Oh heck they don't need that smart crap.

The one win was against Philly, who was barely better than we were.

Cowboys were favored 15 out of 16 games and went 8-8... this years team is mind blowing. How you can be so good and so bad it’s unbelievable!

The 2010 SD Chargers had the #1 D and the #1 O in the NFL and DID NOT MAKE THE PLAYOFFS.

And also had a 100+ point differential.
