I am 43 years old and have been a Boys fan as long as I remember. I have never turned off a game no matter how bad it has got. I watched every game start to finish for at least the last 35 years (except for one which I had to go work work but I listened to it on the radio and watched the recording when I got home). I even deleted the recording tonight. I have NEVER been this disgusted with a Cowboy's team. I proudly watched every game of our 1 - 15 season in 89 but the crap I am seeing now makes me absolutely sick. I pretty much knew we would suck this year but boy is it hard to watch.

I usually go back and re-watch parts of games, win or lose, but this one I'm just deleting.

Was this game worse than the 44-6 and 34-3 must win to continue your season beat downs we have taken in recent years?

A buddy of mine at work took off a couple of days and went to the game. He was all excited because it was his first time at the new stadium. I'll bet he is sick tonight.

Not really but my frustration has grown to the point where I can't stand it anymore. I was really frustrated with Wade and happy when we hired Garrett. Now I know Garrett isn't the answer either. This just makes me sick. I would give up football before rooting for another team. I am actually starting to think about giving up football. :bang2:

MLS Playoffs should be starting soon (or whatever they call it).

You know I have really grown to love soccer. I am a licensed soccer coach. I couldn't stand the sport at one time but after coaching my kids and having some really good teams, I have grown to love the sport. When I was 18, if anyone would have asked me what sport I would be licensed to coach, soccer would have been the last thing I would have ever said. My kids both wanted to play soccer so I adapted and have become endeared to the game.

BTW- if you meant MLB I am an Astros fan so this has been a REALLLLLLLLLLLY bad year in that regard too. Oh well, my girls soccer team should be able to compete for state competition. lol

You are a sick man. I would ;) rather watch maggots on roadkill than watch soccer.

I turned it off with about 8 min left in the 4th after I saw Garrett smiling on the sideline.

I figure if he doesnt give a crap about losing, why should I.

First, why do people need to preface their posts with how long they have been fans and how big of a fan they are, etc? Who really cares.

2nd, you turned this game off but not the 44-6 that would have put us in the playoffs? I find that very hard to believe. That team just quit. This team just sucks.

I felt that way at one time too. I tried to steer my son towards "American" football but he wanted to play soccer. I always want to be part of what my kids do so I went to coaching schools to learn the game and became a licensed coach so I could coach his team. I have actually gotten really good a coaching soccer. My girl now plays and I coach her team.

MLB playoffs should be starting soon as well. The Rangers should do well.

Because it adds gravity to the situation. I have stuck by the team through thick and thin and now I am on the verge of not caring any more. I was REALLLLLLLLY disappointed last year. I truly believed Garrett would have the team with an 12 - 4 or 13 - 3 record. I now realize he is not the coach I thought he was.

DFW is a corporate mecca where many large corporations have relocated to...with a major international airport right in the middle for convenient travel....with that means relocating key personnel from wherever they relocated from..those relocated employees didn't give up their allegiance to their team because of a career move which is why we see a lot of opposing fans from virtually every team.

Love the Cowboys but I turned off the tv in the last 5 mins or so, it was just bad.

That pissed me off. That's our home stadium and half of it was Bears fans.

Now I know how Spurs fans feel when me and my Laker buddies fill up the AT&T Center. :laugh2:

So basically we moved to the new stadium to play 16 road games a year?
