Just want to say I really like the way some of you guys get it. And have more football knowledge than our “hall of fame” owner.

Oh, how I wish we had a football GM!

Not myself of course, but I could see a small group of knowledgeable posters here as having just as much ability, if not more, than the current regime. Normally these positions take decades of hands on experience to become truly competent but from the last 25 years product, I have faith several could be more effective

the key of course is to have people that don’t get emotionally attached or involved…..Jerry and company feel like all their players have to have an emotional bond with them….which makes for bad contracts
