Mincey mentioned in his interview Sean played that role in practice. I know McClain not being there could partly be why, but I want Sean as our play caller. It's hard to say him or Ro will play every game, but leave it to Sean. There may be few who work as hard or are as intelligent, but no one works harder or is more intelligent. I made a thread before he tore his ACL last year for everyone to get back on the wagon, and while I was upset with the year long pit stop, I hope none of you are still in line getting your food because the wagon is about ready to leave this highway pit stop. Lee is the leader of this defense, and we're going to be damn lucky to have him if he stays healthy. I like Ro the player, but he is the one guy on this team who I don't trust ( I trust Hardy, Gregory, and Scandrick will be on good behavior) and I would much prefer Lee remains the play caller even if he's not the MLB

Can't wait to see 50 and 55 run together...it's going to be fun!

love this Pic, Randy the only one that dosent have his hands on his hip. He can't wait to get at it again. Those were great days--What an awesome front four.

I don't really care. Ro is no slouch, and is super intelligent as well. The team followed him last year as well. As of today this group has the makings of the best LB core in the business.

I would actually just like to see him on the field. He has gone from Goldmine to Bust.

He will be the play caller. He is the most likely to be on the field in both the Nickel and Base.

I don't think it really matters. Both(55 and 50) are highly respected and intelligent players. Besides, all they're doing is relaying what Marinelli is telling them through the headset...

Lee is a hard worker. Lee is so smart. He is the leader (though rarely puts in a apperance). Lee works harder. Yada-yada- Yoda.

I look forward to his iminent cannonization and induction to the HOF and ROH whenever he can walk to the ceremonies without his crutuches.

I think you are right
If healthy he is a 3 down player all the time
Not a bad ideal to keep teaching guys like hitch the role in case of injury and knowing how to read the offence only helps any player

Yes, I don't see McClain playing 100% of the snaps even if healthy, but Lee will play 100% if healthy. Hitchens will likely play some of the Nickel snaps in place of McClain.

The limit on 1 helmet with the speaker on the field is awkward.
