For head coach, I want the closest thing to Jimmy Johnson. Jimmy Johnson was not the best Xs and Os coach, but he was a master motivator and master psychologist. He could bring a team together and make them beleive in themselves like no other. He could motivate with reverse-psychology like no other (example: his win-prediction over the 9ers with that "3 inch headlines" line was brilliant, and what got a Cowboys team that practiced without focus that week to find that focus by calling them out; it was just brilliant).

So, if we can't have Jimmy Johnson back, then I want a head coach who is the closest thing to that. What I don't want is a head coach who is more known for his Xa and Os, because you hire coordinators for that.
