Why the need to come back and gloat? If you guys win then I'm sure it will be well deserved and will put you guys in a great position heading into the playoffs. How about coming back and just having some good football talk about the game? Thats the type of fan of other teams I enjoy conversing with.

Thanks. I will be back to gloat or hail praise. Still, this game means nothing because we will see you in the NFC Championship game.

See Mike Ditka on this.

If this game means nothing, just give us the "W" and move on.

I know. I should have gone Floyd Turner instead of Martin. Didn't Martin break Danny Abramowicz's all-time franchise record for receptions?

I loved Floyd Turner. He's a former Northwestern State Louisiana Demon. I'm originally from Natchitoches La and I remember watching him play in college. He had a pretty good career a Saint too.

Hello Cowboy fans:

I'm really looking forward to a great game this weekend in Dallas. I should start off by saying, well, I don't like your team. I'm sorry. That's not exactly what I meant. No. What I really meant to say is I really loath the Cowboys. But I don't hate the Cowboys fans. I'm originally from North Louisiana so I have a few friends who are Cowboys fans. But I forgive them. They can't help it if they were raised wrong. But I have a lot of respect for Coach Parcells. He's a legend in my opinion and the Cowboys are lucky to have him. As for your owner? I'll just take the high road there. This is going to be a great game. Your guy Romo is on fire lately. He has proved to be a formidable NFL QB so far. I don't expect a blow out on either side. I expect it to be a very close game by two closely matched Saints and Cowboys teams.

My score prediction: Saints 27 Cowbows 17.

I would like to invite y'all over to www.saintsreport.com for some friendly football discussion. Yes, we have a great board there and it hasn't been dubbed a suicide hotline for a long time now. SR has been around for nearly 10 years and it's one of the best NFL boards on the web. Come check us out. We'll see y'all at Cowboys Stadium. May the best team win.

GEAUX SAINTS!!

Welcome to the board.

Now i dont know who will win, but if you think we are only going to score 17 on your D in our stadium on a day when the temperature is supposed to be 70 your nuts. Now we may lose but you are going to have to beat us 45-42 or so.

The stadium is going to be great sunday. We matchup well with your team and the only team that has been able to run on us has been the giants.

Should be an interesting chess match, alot of familiarity in our personnel and staff.

Good Game "are you on drugs son"? (Done with my Best Fred Gwen impression ).
What would give you that idea? There is no way we play this close especially at home. This should be a good old beat down. We took it to the Colts and I don't care what record the Giants have we just don't match up well with them and we beat them on the road . The saints? Please So they have Drew Bree's there is no way he is better then Peyton Manning we should unload on him, And Reggie Bush? He is no Tikki Barber, And what Defense is stopping us, Come on guys please, Say it and be proud this should be another sad day for the Saints

Not really. It's just me.

Any draft choice thinking they will be future hall of famer are screwed when the commissioner say... with the 1st pick in the draft, New Orleans selects....

And that coming from somebody who really knows what he's talking about.

Wait our Mayor is a genious? You want him? We will trade you Ray Nagin and sports announcer Bobby Hebert for Romo so he can be a backup on our team.

:laugh2: Hey you got admit... that's a good one.

No, not a good one. Though Nagin . . . we could use a doorstop at Texas Stadium. Bobby Hebert. Never heard of him. He must had been a CFL QB.:laugh2:

No thanks. I'm not a big Tom Benson fan by a long shot. But I wouldn't trade Benson for Jerry Jones for all the oil in Texas. I was never a Cowboy fan but I had a lot of admiration for Tom Landry. For my generation Landry was not only a damn good coach but he was an even a better man. Even if you were not a Cowboy fan, all kids my age looked up to him. He was practically royalty in Dallas. How many Super Bowls did he Landry for you guys? But Jerry Jones just unceremoniously kicks him to the curb as if he was yesterdays garbage? This really put a bad taste in my mouth for JJ. Everyone knew that Landry should probably retire but give the man some dignity. Let him go out with some grace. Jones didn't let that happen. I guess I'm long on venom. I have felt from then on that not only the Cowboys, but the whole NFL lost a lot of class when Jones came into the picture. The NFL just hasn't had the same vibe ever since.

Benson is no angel himself. He has practically extorted Louisiana for use of the Superdome and he has threatened to leave New Orleans on several occasions. He has also had shouting matches with fans and reporters. One time it came to shoves with a WWL TV camera man after yet a another loss in LSU's Tiger Stadium. Not to mention San Antonio Mayor Paul Hardberger was practically foaming at the mouth to steal the Saints from New Orleans before we could get everyone off the rooftops. Benson seemed ready to do so at the time. I don't know what former NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabeu said to him during their meeting just shortly after Katrina but it's my guess that Tags made Benson an offer he couldn't refuse. The NFL knew it would be a gigantic public relations blunder to move the team during that time. What Benson and the NFL didn't count on is that Saints fans sold out the entire 2006 season in a matter of just a few weeks. Well before the season started. Then we acquired Head Coach Sean Payton and QB Drew Brees. To make thing even better Reggie Bush fell in our lap. Not to be outdone Marques Colston came out of no-where and has lit up the Superdome this year. Benson has seemingly changed his attitude lately. Benson thanked all the Saints fans in the Superdome from the field and gave us praise for our support. Benson also doesn't appear to be nearly as bloated or glassy eyed lately. Maybe he stopped drinking scotch before noon? Divine intervention? Personally, I think so.
