Let's face it, we drew the worst possible matchup. No doubt in my mind if we were playing the Cards we would blow them out. No doubt.

Oh well. Gonna have to face good teams in the playoffs. This is why they went through everything, to get to this point. Just go be the best team in the stadium sunday.

I agree, but I came to the realization we were going to pay the Cardinals by week 15. Since then I knew it would be the winner of GB/Det week 17.

Detroit it is.

Yup. The Lions game will be a toss-up...I can see either team winning. The storyline will be set for Stafford to come home and finally get the biggest win of his career a la Colt McCoy on Monday night vs. Washington. I bet they will have a camera on his family in their suite for the whole game

Knowing the media thats a real possibility, as they will try to defocus off of Suh, just so we don't see any dirty plays on his part...

No doubt. This is any given Sunday. Anything can happen.

Detroit with their front maybe feels like they don't have to blitz. Whereas the Cards might feel like they have to(And they did last time). Now what if a blitz-er somehow comes in free from the blindside, and delivers a crushing blow to Romo's back in the first quarter? Then what? Would we still be so lucky?

Point is anything can happen. I also feel we would Molly-Whoop the Cards. You have to play the hand you were dealt, there is a reason for everything when you sit back and think. We get past the Lions, we face a hobbled Rodgers. Instead of beating up the Cards, then going to face the Legion of Boom at their house again(Yes I know we beat them already). What if panthers advance and beat the Hawks?

I would much rather face them, if given the choice.

You just never know.

Detriot that confident in their front line? Good, run Murray down their throats if they aren't going to stack the line.

People really overhyping Detroit. They have the best run defense, they got this and that. They've got one good win this entire year and that is Green Bay all the way back in Week 3 or whatever. Dallas will be ready to play and win because they are the better team and that will show on Sunday.

The Cowboys have played some of their worst games against average NFL QB's and they've had some rotten luck playing in AZ. The last time they went to AZ they lost to Kevin Kolb and Garrett iced his own kicker.

I can recall rooting for the Spurs to have an easy path to the Finals. After they beat OKC who everyone penciled in as the WC representative in the finals they were even more confident in the rematch vs Miami. They were tested and they prevailed.

If we can beat Det, GB and Seattle it would do wonders to our confidence. The opposition has more to worry about IMO.

Why are most worried about the Lions? We are going to give them a beat down just like the Colts game.

If they can't beat Detroit then they weren't going anywhere anyway.

Not necessarily true at all. The thing about the playoffs matchups not being a series (like in other sports) is the better team often does not progress.
