Good to see Lawrence looking so buff. He's obviously working hard in the offseason to better himself physically.
His legs look extremely well-developed in that pic. It's been said he worked diligently on bettering his first step.

I think this guy is getting overlooked with the additions of hardy and Gregory. He gave us a glimpse of what he is capable of during the Detroit game. Now with another year under his belt and the proper weight program/conditioning in place. I think he gets double digit sacks this year

Hardy isn't even on my radar and i think Lawrence, Gregory & Crawford makes for a pretty damn good D-line, add McClain coming in on blitz assignments
