Does anybody know of a kind of flexible ice pack that can wrap around the two sides and the top of the knee?

I had ACL reconstruction on July and started playing basketball competitively a little bit recently and looking for a good ice pack. I can't seem to find on the internet. Was wondering if anyone had one and could let me know what brand it is.

You're going to laugh, but this works. Frozen vegetables. Not only is it really cheap but you can eat well later.

6 surgeries on the right knee, 1 on the left. I am speaking from experience

Along these lines, if you need heat instead of cold, microwave a few scoops of rice in a tube-sock. The rice retains the heat for quite a long time.......
