That dink and dunk conservative crap had to go. I know there are times they may have to call it that way but they aren't going to have success in the post season doing that. Get the ball downfield. Do better in the redzone and continue to do good outside of the redzone with tds of 20 yards or more. Let this pass game open up the run game a bit. I like the direction the team is going now on offense. Just keep building on this success.

Yah. I mean I was frustrated earlier in the year. We picked up Cooks and weren't doing anything with him. I know he has the talent. The team just wasn't using him right. Hopefully they continue to use cooks and Ferguson in the right way. As well as get hopefully a better Gallup involved.

Bold> ...I do not know about that. The Cardinals two wins have come against a 20th ranked Falcons' offense and Dallas. And at least Atlanta lost only by two to Arizona. Just saying.

Now to wait-and-see if Sylvester Stallone will read this and comment about Dallas' offensive line woes in week three...

I think MM has realized that as well, thus he is attacking more down field. the one element he has added is WRs in motion and more TEs down the seam. the challenge will come against teams with great front 4s, that can drop 7 into coverage with the goal of taking away the big plays down field. we have to continue to attack it, even if there is less success, because it puts the defense on their heals and opens up other areas.

Rams and Chargers are half way decent . . . Its the Big Boys we struggle with. My hope is that Dak builds upon this and is able to hold his Ish together when it counts in the Playoffs

While I won't disagree I think it bears stating that a lot of that "conservative crap" was dictated by the scoreboard in those early games. The problem came when they needed to get out of it after falling behind and couldn't figure out how to flip that switch mid game. So what they've done is just flipped it on and torn the knob off. Which is just fine by me. Do whatever it takes to win the games.. Run, pass, short passing, deep passing, middle passing, gas passing.. Whatever it takes.. just win. Like I said the look in Dak's eyes these last 4 weeks tells me HE has seen the light. And as long as HE keeps that fire burning he will be able to drag his teammates along when they might be lagging. That's the biggest knock I have had against Dak in year's past. He's stayed way too cool and calm when the house is burning down around him. His fire lights a fire in his teammates so he needs to make sure his is always burning!

Not to point out the obvious, but the best way to finish the season with this version of Dak would be to play the Gnats every week. Sorry guys, it isn't happening.
